Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Grand Rapids

I really enjoyed my stay at Ben and Abi’s beautiful home. It’s situated in a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood full of massive historic houses, yet still only a 5-10 min drive to downtown. I knew if I needed anything they’d be quick to respond, but hardly needed a thing as the space was well stocked already. I felt at home right away and am happy with my choice to spend the summer here. P.s. shout out to the binder of recommendations which chose my yoga studio and my friend’s birthday dinner spot!

Paul and Elizabeth’s place is perfect. Beautiful, thoughtfully designed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. As hosts, they are also perfect. Attentive, very knowledgeable about the area, warm, and helpful. We stayed for a month, but wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful condo—just like the photos. The space was clean and fresh and had everything we needed. The games were a nice touch. Great location! Everything was either within walking distance or a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time staying at Brianne’s place. It’s clean and convenient. Brianne is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Perfect size for single traveler! Have in-unit washer and dryer and clean bathroom. Highly recommend it!
