Host was very friendly, responsive and respectful. The place location is amazing and stairs away from walking around the harbor. Surrounded by cafes and returned with stunning views. Kids play area around the harbor is available as well.

Am avut o ședere minunată în acest apartament situat în inima zonei Dubai Marina. Totul a fost peste așteptări! Locația este excelentă – foarte aproape de plajă, in acesi timp aproape de o mulțime de restaurante variate, cafenele și magazine, farmacii, etc. Practic este situat in zona de promenadă Dubai Marina Walk( ideala pentru plimbări seara). Ai tot ce îți trebuie la îndemână. Aproape de mijloace de transport în comun. ( De exemplu statia de metrou DMCC ) Apartamentul este foarte curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o ședere confortabilă. Designul este modern și primitor, iar priveliștea de la balcon este absolut superbă. Dimineața poți servi cafeaua pe canapeaua confortabila din balcon. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă, atentă și ușor de contactat. Comunicarea a fost rapidă și clară, iar check-in-ul s-a desfășurat fără probleme. Am apreciat foarte mult profesionalismul și ospitalitatea lui Omar. MULȚUMIM ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐( mai mult decât mă lasă Google 😉 )

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aus dem 17. Stock. Die Metro, der Strand und die Promenade sind nicht weit entfernt, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Ahmed is a great host. He is definitely one of the best ones that I have stayed with. He is very responsive and supportive. I flew in really early in the morning and asked Ahmed if we can check in early and he went out of his way to accommodate. His place is nice and clean and as described in the pictures. The beach is across the street. The view from the apartment is amazing. Great place and an amazing host and very reasonable price. Will definitely stay again.

It's a very nice apartment located in the beautiful Marina Dubai. It has an outstanding view of Marina. Apartment itself is very clean and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this place.

Ottima location in una torre nuova di zecca in una zona vicina ai locali ed alla spiaggia di JBR; appartamento situato al piano 37, ampio, pulito e perfetto per 2 persone; unica pecca l’allagamento del bagno dopo una doccia.

Michael me recebeu muito bem. Quarto grande e exatamente como está nas fotos. Cama muito confortável. Perto da Estação DMCC facilitando o acesso a atrações como o Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall e o Museu do Futuro

Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

Très bon séjour. L’hôte, Michael, a su très bien nous accueillir malgré l’heure d’arrivée tardive. Il a su être clair malgré le fait que je ne parle pas beaucoup anglais et nous donner des conseils sur différentes activités. Le logement est très bien situé avec de nombreuses activités dans les alentours. Mention spécial pour Mohamed qui a été au top avec nous et qui a appris à parler en Français 😂 Je recommande fortement ce logement.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Nous avons passé d’agréable moment dans la piscine privée ainsi que dans l’appartement possédant tout le confort nécessaire. Il est à deux pas de la plage, commerces de proximité, boutiques et restaurants pour tous les goûts. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location qui vous permettra de créer de beaux souvenirs et profiter d’agréables vacances. 2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette appartement de rêve. Le hôte Raymond nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. À notre arrivée, il avait des gentils attentions. L’appartement est magnifique, propreté impeccable. Et tout est bien pensé. Cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain avec sèche cheveux, peignoir. Sac et linge de plage. Endroit tranquille loin de l’agitation mais proche des différents possibilités d’activités. Plage privé superbe. Nous avons pu profiter de la salle de sport vue sur mer et l’atlantis. Piscine très agréable. Tout était vraiment parfait. Meilleur logement que nous avons pu réservé. Et nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt.
