The highlight, of course, was the stunning view of the Burj Khalifa from the windows; waking up to that iconic skyline was unforgettable. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai—it’s the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and an unbeatable view. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The stay was perfect, it’s better than the photos 😍 The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. What made it extra special was the beautiful view 🤩 The location was perfect: close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommended — I’d love to stay here again! Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there were a few things that could be improved: 1. The parking was located on the 5th basement level, which made going in and out a bit dizzying and inconvenient. 2. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, likely due to the garbage room nearby. 3. The apartment is on the first floor with a balcony facing the pool, so it lacked privacy during the day when people were around. Still, the apartment itself was well-maintained and the host was great — just a few things to consider for future guests.

This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

The place is super clean and Muna and Suhail are proactive in providing details making us feel like home. It was joyful visit with nice view. Definitely I’ll be back to this place in the future.

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

The moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. Amazing place and pictures dont really do it any justice. It is much more breath taking and beautiful than what you see on the pictures 😍😍. Fatteh and Noor were great throughout the time, quick responds and even helped us with all the needful to ensure a smooth check in and check out.. Spectacular view! This was the main reason for choosing. It didn’t disappoint.

The host was very responsive replying back within 5-10mins. 24 hours before check-in the host messaged with simple instructions how to enter the Apartment. It was so much easy having no access card as you can always lose them. Staff at Paramount on Arrival were amazing and welcoming, the Porter took the luggage out from the Taxi to the Apartment room on the trolley. I asked the host if we can access the Apartment to leave our bags there as we was super early and replied back right away saying thats fine no issues. check-in was 4pm but we were allowed to check-in earlier. Instructions to access the Apartment was simple and we left our luggage there. The Apartment was amazing even the pictures dont do justice. Clean, very newly decorated with a great taste. spacious rooms, great comfy sofas, quality bedding, loads of utensils, irons, hairdryers, even toothbrush/shaving kits. The views over Burj Khalifa was insane on 46th floor with breathtaking views. absolutely immense. A Must Book.
