Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

I had a fantastic 10-day stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few minutes from JBR and an easy 10-minute walk to Dubai Marina Mall, with a supermarket only 2 minutes away for anything I needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and really well equipped. I especially appreciated the little touches like washing liquid, cleaning products, tea, coffee, and other essentials — it made settling in so much easier without having to buy lots of supplies. Nergis was a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and very flexible throughout my stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Our stay at Vadim's apartment was wonderful. We particularly valued the comfortable seating options and the meticulous attention to detail throughout. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the generous supply of towels was a welcome, often overlooked, convenience. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to stay again.

Schahin’s place was great, we had 10 people stay very comfortable in the 5 bedrooms. Location is great, lots to do. You can walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, supermarket, the eye of Dubai. We barely used the car due to this. The building has a supermarket, pharmacy, gym and a sports bar downstairs. Beach and marina walk with tons of restaurants are 3 min walk from the apartment. The host is very responsive and gave clear instruction. Communication is on point. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Sam is a top host. Responds quickly , and is always available. The apartment is spacious, clean, has a beautiful swimming pool and is located on the beach. You can also go to the gym. In the garage of the complex is a small supermarket 3 minutes away. Nakheel mall is within walking distance. (10min) in short , great stay. I will definitely rent from sam again!!!

Just one word to describe the overall stay — Awesome! This was my first booking experience through Airbnb, and I had a lot of concerns initially, but every communication was clear and reassuring. As for the property — simply outstanding. Grand Bleau Tower-1 is a fantastic choice for a staycation. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach, pool, gym, and other amenities were top-notch. Really looking forward to another wonderful stay here!

I looked and read every review under the sun before settling on a place for our Dubai trip with 3 kids. Look no further, this place is incredible. The views are worth every penny and the location is unbeatable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the team was very responsive. The building is beautiful and has great security. Our kids loved waking up and strolling down to the beach followed by the pool right after. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Dubai!

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only the corridor needs an additional long thin carpet, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality
