Vacation rentals with beach access in Downtown Austin

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Barbara's place was clean and a beautiful community. Captain Pete's Boathouse was a great place to walk to for eating.

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

Great property and host. Loved the pool areas to choose from! Neighbors were friendly. Beds were comfy and loved the iced coffee Keurig!

The place was amazing, very scenic and peaceful. You are definitely up in the woods but we loved it. Our stay was amazing. Thank you.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. Kate has a wonderful home and is a great host. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the door and looked out on that beautiful deck and backyard. The house is set up comfortably and completely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for a three-week stay. Kate communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed. The home is private and we especially loved all of the deer walking around the golf course, our backyard, and the town. Thank you, Kate, for sharing your home with us for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay! Everything worked out really well for our family. The house was very clean, and beautifully upgraded. Enjoyed coffee on the patio while listening to the birds and watching the deers coming out when the sun was rising. The backyard has a little play area with mini golf and soccer goalies for the kids. A grill, a fire pit and yard lights, allowed us to hang out in the backyard. The welcoming drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. The golf cart and the amenities were awesome! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, play pickleball, visit the park with its playground, beach, and the lake. Neel is a great host, welcoming, responsive and flexible. We can definitely recommend their place!

Perfect home rental for my family as we were attending a wedding. Home was easy for my older in-laws to use without any difficulties for their mobility getting in and out of the home. The wedding venue was 10 minutes away at Villa Antonia. The hotel accommodations for the wedding was 45 minutes away so this home rental was a lot more convenient for us compared to the rest of the wedding party (including the bride and groom!).

Excellent experience at the Hollows on Lake Travis. John was an incredibly responsive host and the condo and nearby amenities were just as advertised. We wish we could stay longer. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful stay nearby to Austin. Thank you for your hospitality.

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! We had plenty of room and loved the big shower in the master bedroom.

It was very peaceful… The villa was everything described… and was even better in person… I enjoyed the views and the amenities that were there… The restaurant at the villa was nice and even the waiters and cook 10/10… This place was great for peace and you can think clearly… I’m differently coming back again and for a longer length of time… Definitely recommend this place was a 10/10 ❤️

Love the location of this condo complex overall. It’s clearly written in the description that this particular unit does not have a lake view, so no complaints — I just should have read it better. We were booking last minute and I missed that part. The condo was super comfy, had cute Easter decor that my son enjoyed, and came with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and detailed. We were able to enjoy the pool and views from the pool deck the morning before checkout. Will recommend for friends or family visiting the area.

We had such a great time. The area is so peaceful. The place was very clean, quiet. We loved watching the golfers and there were many as there was a tournament. The area is very quiet tranquil and great place to walk. Beds were super comfortable. There is great activities just a few minutes away. There is a nice restaurant just a few miles away on the water. We can't wait to come back to Point Venture. Highly recommend.

Debra was very accommodating and kind. This was the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It did NOT feel like a cheap property turned rental. All the kitchen items were nice quality, beds and blankets and furniture were nice. We really enjoyed the back patio the most! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Clean, clean, clean! Extra food in pantry and extra toilet paper and paper towels.

April was very proactive in keeping me updated about the property. She provided suggestions and instructions for our stay. Easy check in and out process . The water line has drastically decreased however there’s still a decent view to be able to relax and unwind from this condo . We will definitely be back.
