Condo vacation rentals in Downtown Austin

A quant apartment complex with the unit tucked into the back of the building, made for a very peaceful and relaxing time. We enjoyed how connected the apartment is to the area and Austin all together. We were in town for our son’s graduation, but I would rent this gem again!!

Nice spot with a great view. Good access to the city, tho parking is expensive at the hotel.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay in town for a wedding! Super close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Naveed was great - super kind, welcoming, and responsive. Pickleball courts across the streets which we enjoyed every day! Lots of cute places to eat and drink nearby. Can also walk to Ladybird lake for a pretty stroll. Board games at the house were a nice touch.

Mercedes place is cute, comfortable and in a great location! Would definitely stay here again.

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

My sister and I visited Austin, and this place was great! Walking distance to downtown, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Check in was also super easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

Lynn’s space is in an incredible location! South congress is one of the best spots in Austin and this Airbnb is right in the heart of it. Steps from dozens of shops and restaurants and a short uber downtown! There were a good number of beds and a nice central, open floor plan. I’d highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to be in walking distance of downtown Austin. whole Foods and Book People was a 6 min walk. Clark Oyster bar around the corner and Better Half Cafe and Cocktails two blocks away. The apartment was clean and accessible. the host responsive and helpful. There is construction happening right next door during the day, which will be going on for a while, but it was quite at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable though the extra sleeper couch would be great for kids it is not as cozy for someone who is 6' 5". I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore downtown Austin. Thank you for making our stay great.

We had an excellent stay at Jana's place. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. Everything was in a 10mi radius, which made it very convenient. I certainly appreciated Jana's local spot recommendations. Our host was very responsive and friendly. This was the best weekend away. We started the weekend as boyfriend and girlfriend-but we left as fiancés!! 💍🤫 Thank you for hosting! We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives!!! The best way to enter our engagement-in the beautiful city of Austin, TX!

Lovely place, would always stay again!

Great place to stay! Great bougie feel about the condo! Love love loved the decorating with the gold/brass motif throughout the place. The walk-in closet was a plus to store all of our clothes and travel items. Enjoyed the balcony and hearing big city music from the nearby nightlife. BIG PLUS: A Victrola vinyl record player, like I had growing up- smooth, mellow music from the 1950s available for your listening pleasure! Very Austin City Limits-esque! NOTE: The neighborhood is sketchy driving to the condo (as mentioned in other reviews), but improves greatly when reaching the condo complex- the neighbors are super chill and friendly with a retro hippy vibe! NOTE: Swimming pool was so-so. It’s the condo residential public pool shared by all the residents. NOTE: The condo is on the third floor- no elevators, only stairs. Thankfully,my hubby is super strong to carry my super large luggage upstairs. A comfy, cozy place to stay. Loved the trendy nearby restaurants, shopping and clubs!

Christopher’s place is comfortable, clean, and in a quiet and walkable neighbourhood, close to campus and transit links. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Austin celebrating my husband's 70th BDay with our two daughters. The experience was made even more special thanks to our fabulous hosts, Maelia & Liya. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had-always ready with helpful recommendations for local events and dining. The suite itself was perfect for our family—2 bdrms, 2 baths, & a fully equipped kitchen with every amenity you could think of. From cooking spices and spray to honey for tea, pool towels, plastic glasses, and even a picnic basket for enjoying the pool area—it felt like everything had been thoughtfully considered. Speaking of the pool—it was absolutely fabulous! Plenty of reclining chairs made it easy to relax in the sun, & the view from the pool area was simply amazing. The location was also ideal, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby and just a pleasant 30-minute walk across the bridge to reach a variety of shopping options. We will definitely return

Even with a checkin snafu — which the hosts worked hard to rectify — this was a wonderful, bright condo to stay during SxSW. Clean, modern, great views, good amenities. Would stay again.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at David's home. The unit is exactly as advertised, and the proximity to the trail and river is even better than the photos show. We look forward to visiting Austin again and staying at David's home.

Excellent accommodations for a single traveler or couple. Right off I35 near downtown Austin and a short walk to Rainey St and a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Easy access and check-in. The condo was clean and in a safe location. There is a small grocery store just around the block. The rooftop pool is an excellent bonus giving fantastic views of downtown Austin and South Congress St. Plenty of Ubers if you don't want to drive, but if your activities are in and around downtown, you can walk everywhere. Hiking trails around Lady Bird Lake are 5 minutes away. Nightlife on Rainey St. is lively and fun with excellent cocktail bars and interesting food choices. Austin is a great city to visit and this condo is perfectly situated, especially for the price. Outstanding value. Would definitely stay here again.
