This was our first time visiting Austin, and John's place was perfect for our daily city tours. It was near great bars, great food, and wonderful sights. The place was perfect for the two of us; it was very walkable and quiet. I would recommend it!!! The bed was super cozy!

I LOVED Keith and Shannon’s place. It’s so light and airy and just a beautiful space. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Neighborhood is typical Austin right now, a mixture of everything, but it’s an extremely inviting area. Easy to walk to plenty of restaurants and a short drive to others. The backyard/patio area is so serene AND it feels completely private, even with Shannon and Keith being in the front house. They made sure that I had the pool/spa to myself with the help of privacy curtains on all doors and windows. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note, is that there is no microwave. I thought that would be a big deal but it wasn’t. Makes you get out and enjoy the city even more!

This location was great for easy access to all that South Austin has to offer with the bonus of being very quiet and calm at night. The house was very clean. The beds comfortable. The living room, in particular, had a very inviting style for relaxing in the evening (uh, when we were not out two stepping that is). The back porch was a lovely place to pass the time with morning coffee. Internet connectivity was reliable and fast for remote work during the week. Ample private off-street parking was available. (We drive one of those obnoxious hipster #vanlife rigs and it fit easily in the space provided) Communications with the hosts were warm and helpful. They were very responsive via the AirBnB messaging app. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Recommended.

Exactly what we needed for that weekend. 2 families with 3 girls total who had a great relaxing whole day playing video games, yard games, watching movies on the big screen & of course swimming in the pool. Moms & dads were also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great place to stay at, exactly as pictured! Very cute and modern! Near some nice coffee shops and little restaurants. Highly recommend Mica’s Burritos and Coffee near this tiny home. My furrbaby loved the place and felt cozied up and right at home when we needed to leave him behind for a bit. Only downside I might say is the yard space had lots of cactuses and my furrbaby did get poked once and the yard also had lots of wood chips/mulch that may have been sharp cuz after going outside to do his business he came back in at least 3-4 times with a bloody paw. All in all I’d say it was a great place and in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely well deserving of their 5stars.

We have stayed in a handful of AirBnb’s in Austin and this was by far our favorite. Tucked in a quiet and fun neighborhood, it also felt just like home. Peaceful is probably the best word to describe our experience. We will definitely be going back!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is ideal, conventionally close to downtown and the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The place was spotless. The big, comfy couch and the backyard were a standout. We slept so wonderfully the comfortable bed! You can tell Gina put real care into making this place feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE! What a beautiful home and stay. I was visiting my son who attends UT and I wanted something close enough to campus while being able to have a peaceful spot to make homemade meals and do laundry and just relax. Kate's home was even better than the photos - the plants and decor and overall vibe are welcoming in a way that makes you feel right at home the second you step in. Staci, the co-host, is an excellent communicator and super friendly. I plan to use this as my landing spot in ATX from now on!

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.
