Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Asheville

Beautiful and clean place, perfect location. Central to everything we could have wanted, and within easy driving distance to anything we couldn't walk to. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed for 5 weeks. It was great for what we needed! Very close to downtown. Walkable neighborhood. Quiet. Hosts were responsive to our needs and fixed minor issues very quickly. No complaints! 5 Stars. Two minor things for others to be aware of: 1) driveway is not good for low-clearance vehicles (Subaru Impreza scraped), but street parking was always easy and available. 2) Hosts only provide enough consumables for a few days (one roll of TP, one trash bag, etc). This is understandable given the long length of stays (30day min) and not really a price differentiator, but also a little bit silly.

We had a great time at Eugene’s place! Check in was easy breeze with clear instructions. The location is awesome and we were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to visit and the concert! We will definitely be back!

This apartment is large and clean. It’s very convenient to explore downtown Asheville. Also close to highways and The Biltmore Estate for further exploration. Only negative was the nightclub directly behind the apartment was loud until 2am Saturday into Sunday. Must be a new club because it was not mentioned when I booked. Jeff nicely provides ear plugs. Perfect guests would be those who want to stay out until 2am Friday and Saturday nights. The club was not open Sunday and Monday during our stay.
