We rented Lynne's place to attend the Billy Strings 3-night run in Asheville. Easy and convenient walk to the venue, restaurants, etc. Never took my car out of the parking garage the entire stay. Beautiful accommodations. Excellent experience across the board. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful spatious, lean and cozy unit. Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Orange Peel and numerous restaurants and galleries. Lauren was an extremely helpful and communicative host, and check-in/-out extremely easy and convenient. Would highly recommend, and definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

I had a great time at this condo location in the heart of Asheville. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. As others have mentioned, the street can be a bit noisy at times. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the patio, but in the summer or fall, that would be a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings with friends. I tried using the heat lamps, but I couldn’t figure out how to set them. Overall a truly great place to stay in Asheville.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to walk around Asheville and explore all the great things it has to offer. The room gets pretty hot because there isn't a ceiling fan but I think if you close the vents in the bathroom and kitchen the air might blow back that way. We had to pull out the fan from the closet and put that on 4 at night. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Thank you Joslyn for hosting us, we appreciate you.

~5 star Downtown Spacious Retreat at 35 Patton

We truly enjoyed our weekend in Asheville, thanks in no small part to Kristin and Chris's exceptional downtown apartment. The location truly couldn't have been better - dozens of restaurants, breweries, parking and music are literally within steps of the space. The apartment itself is also quite charming - much more comfy and welcoming than a typical loft, beautifully decorated, and featuring plenty of amenities to make our visit quite comfortable. The only minor quibble we had was the level of sound on Saturday night. Given the downtown location and the proximity to several nightclubs, there was a fairly substantial level of bass rattling through the building until around 2:00am. The owners have provided noise machines in both bedrooms, which did help alleviate the problem somewhat; but it did make for a less restful evening, and should be something to consider for light sleepers. In spite of this, given the exceptional location, I have no doubt we will be back in the future!

The location worked great for us. The bed was fantastic and the rental was stocked with all necessary items. The pictures on the airbnb listing were accurate. There was mention of loud music in one of the reviews but we found the place to be very quiet. The TV came with cable which was appreciated during US Open and NBA playoffs. The rental was on third floor as described but we handled the steps fine. We would look to stay at King James again.

This condo is clean and comfortable. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and enjoyed them. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. This a nice spot to stay just outside of downtown Asheville. Close to Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and some small towns we visited. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Or stay was absolutely incredible!!!! It was gorgeous and best stay we ever stayed!!! It was indescribable. We needed a place for our anniversary and we would stay here over and over again!!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay! Check in was very easy and the location is great to walk to restaurants, bars and breweries. The private balcony is really spacious and everything was clean and just as pictured. There is a night club on the same block and I was worried it would keep us up but the bedroom ended up being very quiet and does a great job blocking out the noise. We definitely hope to be back for a longer stay in the future.

We stayed in the cabin for a death in our family March 2025 and wanted a place clean, relaxing and quiet and we got just that!! We did have a "tiny" issue but when Tamra found out she was on it, and it was corrected quickly and we even talked on the phone, and she was the sweetest person. The Cabin was clean and comfy and so relaxing, and the beds were so comfortable also. We would definitely come back to stay & recommend it to anyone!!
