Great stay. Perfect location, lovely little house perfect for our needs and really quiet.

The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

One of our best airbnb experiences to date. Warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The house was spotless and felt brand new, so many thoughtful details were included! Only one warning….you might fall in love with their beautiful dog Alfie!!!

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

Bar Lodge is just stunning. The accommodation and decor were both great but it was the views from every level that it made it so very special (and a very friendly and inquisitive robin). Being on the south west coast path, we were expecting good walking but the friendliness of the tractor and ferry guys and other locals we met meant every outing was even better. Annie was proactive and accommodating from beginning to end and the property was clean and beautifully presented when we arrived. Thank you, we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful place, was perfect for our family! Views are stunning! We also got fresh eggs for our breakfasts! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very peaceful break. Also the beach is dog friendly all year round which was perfect for our little furry friend!

This is a lovely cottage with super helpful hosts. We had a wonderful Christmas week staying in Rose Cottage. It’s clean, quaint, well equipped and in a great spot with the beach nearby and lovely Cornish walks and villages not far away. We were made very welcome with a small Christmas tree and lots of scattered Christmas decorations in the living area. We could not have asked for more! Great hosts supporting a delightful cottage.

Just returned from a wonderful week in West Yardley House. 5 adults and a dog. We had an amazing time. The house is very practical, well equipped, scrupulously clean and homely. Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is to die for. We had the en-suite bathroom facing the sea and slept with the window open listening to the sound of the sea. Sheer heaven. Ate at both the pub and local restaurant and walked along the beach to Seaton frequently. We loved Looe and Polperro too. Perfect family time. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at this beautiful location with stunning views. The place was extremely clean to arrive to and we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is about a 2 minute walk away and the location in general is within easy reach of so many great places to visit. The water pressure at this place is great as well - the bath only takes about 3minutes to run which is a bonus! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would return again. Thank you!

We had a brilliant time saturating at Ihla View in a beautiful home. Joyce was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. the house is beautiful and exactly as described - you just need to be aware that there are a lot of stairs as the house is over three floors and the garden is all terraced too. I would highly recommend the local Island View cafe/ coffee shop, and we used several other recommendations that Joyce gave us too. A fantastic trip - thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, the views are outstanding! The cottage itself had lots of space both inside and out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at the Gem and everything about it was perfect - fully equipped, spotless + great location. In walking distance to some lovely restaurants in town or Fistral beach and Crantock beach. It is also a great location to explore other costal towns in Cornwall. If you have a paddleboard or Kayak I would recommend taking it as you can walk straight down to the waters edge from the property. Overall this was a 10/10 stay.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were stunning. The house suited us perfectly for a short family stay in Polperro. Everything was walkable but having the parking space was really helpful for day trips.

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

Thank you, Heather, for a lovely weekend in Looe. A great house that was perfect for a large family holiday celebrating my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from spare flip flops for those who forgot them n to comfy beds and plenty of room for the whole family to relax together. Lovely location, a short walk into Looe where there were great shops and pubs. Also only a 40-minute drive from the Eden Project, which I finally got to visit for the first time! We asked Heather for the best fish and chip shop in town and her recommendation did not disappoint, possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had! Heather was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the amount of work she has put into this house to give it such a stunning finish is incredible. It was a weekend we’ll never forget, and a perfect way to celebrate a special milestone together. Would highly recommend this house!

A lovely place to stay in Fowey right on the water. Perfect to stroll into the centre of Fowey. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace whilst looking at the sail boats on the river. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend.

Immaculate place with everything you need for a short or long stay, with a very nice welcome pack of food. Great place to watch the Naval boats and beautiful walks on the doorstop. Pace yourself with the steps!!.
