Sheerwater Holiday Home in Downderry is a detached property with it's own private entrance. Downderry is nestled between the old medieval harbour of Portwrinkle and the fishing village of Looe. SeaHut is a cabin in the clouds. It has a panoramic view from Looe in the west to Rame Head in the east, including St George's Island. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, on the SW Coast Path and good for exploring the "forgotten corner of Cornwall". Great for walkers, cyclists or anyone who wants to enjoy the beach or simply take in the view. The view is to die for, but it does mean a climb of 91 wooden steps to reach the cabin - it takes a bit of effort but is worth it when you get there.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway.
