Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with fishing in the back yard. Historic sites, scenic drives, restaurants, and stores are close by. Cottage is clean and kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans and has a dishwasher (hooray!). The washer and dryer are also very handy. Beds are comfortable and overall it felt like we were staying at grandma’s house. The owner reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. My family will cherish our memories of the week forever. It was a very relaxing week. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is the place if you are looking in the area. Clean with nice amenities. (I never wanted to get out of the adjustable/vibrating bed! ) The front porch swing had me feeling like I was in a movie when sitting with my morning coffee. The back porch looks over a wooded area... Beautiful and peaceful. No complaints, only praises. Would 100%stay again and highly recommend.

Did get lost at first because gps doesn't have golden eagle drive yet but Joe was very helpful when we called for direction help. Thanks Joe. Courteous, helpful and making sure our stay was great.
