This cozy studio apartment is centrally located in Porto so you can reach almost everything on foot. The apartment is clean and modern and Carolina was easy to reach in case you needed something. I would stay here again if I would come back to Porto.

Javier was a fabulous host from start to finish . We were caught up in the electricity and communications blackout and Javier turned up with candles and torches to help us out. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The lift was also handy for a heavy suitcase . The apartment is in a perfect position to reach the sights on foot. Do take up Javier’s recommendations, we had a sublime meal at El Barril and a few others. Thanks Javier.

Wonderful top floor duplex apartment. This unit has lift, It’s very convenient for those who travel with elderly and large luggages. This apartment located in the heart of Madrid old town, It’s surrounded by several tourist attractions within walking distance. The unit has 2 double bedrooms, one located on the main deck, another on the upper deck with private bathroom and outdoor balcony. On main deck there are living - dining area with sofa bed and another bathroom. This unit could accommodate up to 6 persons. La latina Metro station located nearby only 5 minutes away on foot. There are several supermarkets eg. Carrefour, Dia and good restaurants and bars nearby. Although this place located in the heart of old town but It’s surprisingly quiet, we have no issue with any noise at night. All furniture & bedding are well maintained. We have a wonderful stay here.

My Own Private 1940s Apartment

I loved my stay at Luis's apartment. The pictures are fabulous, but when I saw it in person, I realised how beautfully and thoughtfully decorated it is. There are amazing touches everywhere! The balcony is everything! Such a lovely spot to enjoy the sun, and have a peaceful moment. Luis was an incredible host and provided lots of information during my stay. I appreciated how quickly he responded whenever I made contact. He couldn't have been any more helpful. I didn't quite realise how close all the main attractions were to the apartment, and this was an added bonus. It's walkable, and I felt very safe as a solo traveller. I had a fantastic experience and I would most certainty stay at Luis's apartment again if visiting Porto.

We had a fantastic stay here - and we couldn't have picked a better location than this vibrant street! The flat is a perfect base for exploring Porto, and being able to sit out on the balcony sipping port watching the busy street below was heaven. Fátima was a great host, full of recommendations and kindly gave us somewhere to keep our luggage for free on the last day after check out. My one tip to anyone staying here is to book yourself in for dinner at Folias de Baco which was by far our favourite meal of the trip!

Beautiful, cozy apartment in a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops and within walking distance of many popular tourist sights. Apartment is quiet and peaceful and we could relax after a long day of sightseeing. WiFi and Internet and the appliances worked well. Sofia was very proactive in responding to my questions and very flexible when my schedule changed. Overall a great place to stay in Porto for 1-2 people and we will definitely come back again.

Marcelo's place was exactly as advertised. we had everything we needed and the place was clean and well presented. there's no doubt that the fantastic view from the balcony is the star attraction. if you are planning nights in, or entertaining friends, the kitchen/living room may not be ideal for you, but if you're looking for a base to explore Porto and to chill on the balcony with a late evening drink after a day out and about, you won't do better than this

Excelente lugar con una buena ubicación, llegas baniñando en menos de 15 min al museo del prado y tienes cerca múltiples restaurantes y bares. Lo único que agregaría es que el departamento se encuentra en un segundo piso con unas escaleras muy angostas y un tanto desgastadas, el edificio no che ta con elevador, si viajas con equipaje abultado o muy pesado posiblemente lo sufras 🥹 Pero el lugar y la ubicación es verdaderamente cómodo ♡

El estudio supera la descripción: es muy moderno, esta como nuevo, bien ubicado y con equipamiento (electrodomésticos y sanitarios) de última generación, todo funciona muy bien. El único detalle es que no pudimos prepara café: la cocina es de inducción y no sirve para la cafetera italiana de aluminio. Además hay una cafetera con sachets pero no hay sachets y no supimos que tipo comprar. La comunicación con los anfitriones excelente: contestan con rapidez, lo que es muy valorado.

Thank you for this beautiful place! Mila's apartment made my trip to Madrid so special! I appreciated the clear thought that went into all of the details of this stay. We were able to make coffee in the morning, use a fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the guides and magazines decorating the place. There were cute little signs everywhere to direct guests. The balcony was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon!

Christinas Wohnung ist perfekt um Porto zu erkunden. Sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Gut durchdachte Einrichtung, auch die Größe des Apartments ist völlig ausreichend. Die Waschmaschine ist auch sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war unkompliziert und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

La casita de la botica ha sido para nosotros unos de los lugares más acogedores en los q hemos estados. Un lugar precioso donde poder estar tranquilos y desconectar. Elena ha sido encantadora, nos recomendó un montón de sitios bonitos q visitar, locales deliciosos donde desayunar y comer pero sin duda destacó su amabilidad, predisposición a poner las cosas fáciles y hacernos sentir cómodos. Sin duda repetiremos experiencia y volveremos a la casita de la botica.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.
