Located a short distance from Sé Catedral and Avenida dos Aliados. The apartment has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower), a living/dining/kitchen room (equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine), with a pleasant balcony. It is also equipped with a TV with international channels and Internet access. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and has been completely renovated, including the replacement of the windows with high-efficiency windows.
