The stay for my whole family was perfect. The house is impressive, Rachida treated us charmingly and helped us with everything. In general, we felt at home and we were always perfectly cared for. The location of the house is very close to downtown and you can walk everywhere. And communication with Pierre was very good.

The Raid is very nice. Good air-conditioning and host is very helpful. Nice breakfast. Location is accessible. While there is leakage of water due to very heavy rain, everything is just good.

I had to leave early and my change in plans caused a bit of chaos, but Jacques and Adil were fantastic about making sure I had transportation to the airport that got me there in plenty of time for my flight. But more importantly Adil guided me himself to a taxi and made the arrangements with the driver which ensured I was not overcharged.

Great location, definitely worth a recommendation!

We decided to go on a family trip, and were looking for a private Riad for 9 persons. We found this Riad from Alain, and were amazed! We had a great time, the space is cozy and has real character. We felt home and welcome in this Riad in Marrakesh and can't wait to come back again! The location was central and close to all different sorts of restaurants, shops and facilities like taxi stands. It's also close to Bacha Coffee! We also are very happy with Alain, who gave us all the information we needed before our journey began. Rachida, the lovely lady who was at the Riad who picked us up from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad, and made us breakfast every day. She was very kind and we miss her already! We made some really good memories with our family.

Riad Bab Ouchka is a lovely oasis in the middle of the frantic streets of Marrakech. It was spotlessly clean and all of the bedrooms are spacious. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax. Its just a few minutes walk from the shopping streets and about 10 mins to the main square. There are several lovely restaurants with peaceful terraces within a few steps. Mohammed arranged a taxi from the airport and was there to meet the taxi a few streets away from the riad which is as close as a car can get. I'd highly recommend this as its quite hard to find the first time. Mohammed was happy to sit with us and go over a map of the city pointing out things to do and he recommended a really good restaurant very close by. We had breakfast cooked for us in the riad on a couple of days, very tasty - definitely give this a go.

Mohammed is a welcoming, very reassuring host who takes great care of his clientele. Always available by phone or physically and very helpful. Very good advice and very good organizer of the stay and excursions. Provides quality drivers and very available to get around. C is very appreciable. A very nice stay in Morocco thanks to him.

Our host, Oufa, was a gracious and lovely part of our stay in this beautiful Riad. She prepared breakfast and one night’s dinner that were highlights of our trip. The home was the perfect base for our family of four to explore Marrakesh and escape to a wonderful retreat.

The villa is as per the pictures. The compound is spacious, secure. Many amenities for kids and families: multiple pools, football, basketball and tennis courts. Proximity to the beach. The villa is well maintained, and was in clean and neat condition when we arrived. it also has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. And the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, kitchen items. We had an amazing time with my family. There are local street vendors at proximity for daily fresh bread, eggs, butter. There is a grocery store with all key items inside the compound. The compound is however at 1h from Casablanca, so you need a car to get there and to move around the area.

A perfect accommodation in an excellent location. Dominique was extremely helpful right from the start and gave us some very helpful tips. The caretakers were very efficient and made very tasty breakfasts. The Riad is very tastefully decorated and has ample space in every room. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Marrakesh in future.

Our family (9 people) had a fabulous week-long stay here in the heart of the city. The location of Riad Harmonia is great, in a quiet spot but we could walk to the souks and the main Jemaa el-Fna square within 10 minutes. Mounir, the Riad’s live-in butler, was helpful, very charming, welcoming and knowledgeable. He was happy to help with anything we needed, and arranged our airport transfers , which went very smoothly and recommended and booked a restaurant for us. The Riad was spotlessly clean, a fully equipped kitchen, every room with its own en-suite and a much larger roof terrace than we expected. The central pool area has a large tarpaulin over the top which protected us from the one day of rain, and we paid to heat the pool which was lovely - it was as warm as a nice bath with jacuzzi bubbles as well! wi-fi was great. We booked some amazing excursions and met some wonderful guides, and all in all had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Thank you so much!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Riad. We can’t thank Dounia and the other cooks for the lovely breakfast each morning and all the hard work that was put in to make our special Xmas dinner. It was one that we will remember for years to come. The Riad is very easy to find once you get your bearings and is 15 mins walk from the main square. Despite this once inside you feel like the hustle and bustle of the Medina is miles away as the Riad and its lively rooftop terrace makes you feel like you are in a peaceful oasis. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this Riad again as it felt like a home from home. There were all the amenities described and more. A speaker to enjoy music and a large selection of board games. Thank you all so much for making our Xmas so memorable

Very good stay in Marouane's villa, we were hosted very well by Mostapha, who is very nice, very helpful, very attentive, very professional. The house is very beautiful with a very beautiful garden. It is also very well maintained by the housekeeper Raja. It is located in the private area of Noria Golf which is very secure, there is a restaurant within walking distance about ten minutes away which is the golf restaurant which is very good and offers excellent Japanese cuisine. The place is also very pretty day or night. A 10-minute drive away, there is another restaurant that is a bit of a Moroccan canteen called FriKiss that we also recommend. Afterwards, there are of course many restaurant offers in Marrakech, or in the vicinity of the villa, we also asked Mostapha sometimes, to have breakfast and dinner preparation services which are made by Raja.

The Riad is beautiful and spacious. Although it is located in the middle of the medina, you have your peace. Furniture and equipment perfect. Only two sanitary facilities (showers) did not work well at all times. But since there is a bathroom in each room, it was not bad and we were able to avoid it well. Great breakfast. Nice roof terrace. I would come again!

We spent 5 nights at this lovely riat. It met our every need and we would love to come again. The staff were so helpful and lovely and made us a dinner and lovely breakfasts every day. A taxi was waiting for us upon arrival and in town the staff led us to the riat as well as recommending spots. It is was the perfect stay for Marrakech Medina. Thank you all, you made our time in Marrakech so special!

We had a lovely few day at Dar Sancri. Caroline was a warm and welcoming host, very attentive and easy to communicate with. Mourad, our local support, was so helpful and there for anything we needed. Caroline’s home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were thrilled to find a fully stocked fridge, very generous. The roof terrace was lovely for reading and the children loved the lounge space, all very cosy. The location is good - only 10 minutes walk to the souks. Caroline provided us with lots of great restaurants tips too!

The Riad is super well placed in the medina and remains quiet. Restaurants, tourist places, supermarkets, everything is close and can be done on foot. We were able to leave our luggage before the scheduled time. Alice is very responsive and has answered any questions we may have. Mohamed also welcomed us very warmly. The rooftop pool is great. We had a great time!

Very responsive host even from afar. Our very late arrival time was no problem. Friendly and caring welcome. Perfect location for visiting Marrakech on foot. The rooftop is just wow! A property to remember for Marrakech. Thanks also to Issa who took care of us on site!

This place is as close to perfection you can get. We stayed here as 2 people but the riad is spacious enough to easily fit 6. Nele was a fantastic host, extremely flexible when we had certain complications and also very responsive to any queries we had. The staff here were wonderful and so welcoming. The rooms are the perfect size with very comfortable king size beds and there is a beautiful rooftop with sunbeds under the shade that we spent a lot of time in. The area was also perfect for us as it was quite calm and easy to get to but not far away from the bustling streets of the souks. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
