Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

The hosting was very warm, and the place was spotless, perfectly matches the photos. The apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated, which makes it particularly pleasant to live in. Breakfast, served every morning, is simple but effective, and the person who takes care of it is thoughtful and discreet. The residence is secured 24 hours a day, with attentive caretakers and very professional, which reinforces the feeling of comfort and tranquility. This place really brings everything you need for a pleasant stay: cleanliness, comfort, safety and quality of service. I would highly recommend it.

Luxury and Relaxation - High - Standard - Swimming Pool

We stay here for 5 nights and cannot imagine a better location and apartment that was ideal for our family (couple with 3 kids aged 12 14 and 18). What a sea rrrrr beautiful 3 bedroom apartment (with 3 bathrooms) that is decorated with attention to detail. I took as many photos as inspiration. Location ideal at the beginning of the Palmeraie with a Carrefour and some restaurants in 2 minutes. We chose the Palmeraie for its tranquility and we found it. Domain with 2 large swimming pools. Thank you Fahd and Anouar for the good care during our stay. We will be back! (Those with negative comments on this accommodation live on another planet).

This apartment looks even better on pictures. Bright, cozy, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen you can cook and bake, make juices. There’s everything you need. Great balcony with a pool view. Big tv, fast wifi you can easily work remotely. Antonino is super responsive and very friendly. 100% recommend this apartment and Antonino as a host!

We had a great weekend at this place. It was very clean, quiet and as described. Access is easy, but it's best to have a vehicle to get the most out of the area. Small note for longer stays: the TV didn't work during our stay. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might bother some people. Despite everything, we would recommend this place without hesitation. I will personally come back! Thank you Sam.

Beautiful apartment to stay in to relax, my kids loved the swimming pool and sitting on the balcony, there was a security guy at the entrance of the complex, which made it feel safe, beds were very comfortable, we loved staying here

So where to start, one of the best hosts I've ever met… Kacem is such a kind, respectful, sweet, available person, and so on… The villa is up to par, or even better than in the photos, everything is so beautiful, every room, every small detail👌🏻. The villa is located in such a soothing and peaceful location with extraordinary views. This villa was really one of my favorites. And I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be cut off from the world while being in Marrakech ❤️

Mustapha is a thoughtful and very responsive host whenever we have a question or need. He arranged our airport-to-home transfer. He is also available to find you and organize activities if you wish. The accommodation is well located to discover Marrakech either on foot or by taxi. Unheated pool but we were not in Marrakech for that. A few restaurants and groceries in the residence that do the service well. A great stay.

Great location, only 10-15 minutes away from everything. I love how breakfast is included. No faults to stay about my stay, I will definitely be back!

The place was amazing. Everything is new and well decorated and comfortable! It’s just the right balance of Moroccan tradition in a modern place. It has everything you need. The pool was clean and refreshing. The patio has a BBQ grill and a pizza oven! The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was perfect with a nice size portion - enough to get you going for the day. The staff were very professional and gave us great hospitality from check in to check out! The owner was responsive anytime we needed something. We definitely recommend this place for family and friends.

The caretaker of the grounds Omar was such a good host, he makes the place feel very safe and secure and is always available to help you with all that you need. They have lovely cats and birds roaming around and it really makes you feel at home. The location is a little far from Marrakesh however it makes up for it with the peacefulness you receive from being away from the centre. Overall great host and great stay. Thank you

Beautiful Ryad in the heart of the middle of Azemmour but easily accessible by foot. Highly recommended, very nice place.

Palmeraie apartment pool

Sarra's apartment is a perfect base from which to explore Marrakech. The area is peaceful, beautiful and feels very safe. The apartment is a wondeful space full of Moroccan styling and features. Both bedrooms open onto lovely outside spaces but the absolute jewel of this apartment is the terrace which is even more beautiful than the photos. The terrace got lots of sunshine and felt very private. We walked to Les Jardins Majorelle from the apartment in an hour and a half on one occasion but it was easy to get taxis in too. There is a supermarket and boulangerie in easy walking distance. I would highly recommend Sarra's apartment and a beautiful, calm balance to the wonderful and bustling Marrakech and Sarra is an incredibly responsive host.

Really a great apartment for 5 people in a private residence in the Palmeraie of Marrakech, with an incredible setting, "Jardin Majorelle numero 2" style! You need to have a vehicle, that's for sure, and in this case you are 30 minutes from Jema el Fna, very close to the activities of the Palmeraie, 15 minutes from the dinner show Chez Ali Fantazia, with shops a few minutes by car... in short "koulchi baraka meziane bezaf" !!! and to say that at the start I had planned to stay at the hotel in the center and finally for the same price we found this apartment better than a suite of the Mamounia, the truth! Thanks Kamal "Barak Laofik... Barack Obama" ;)

Very friendly host. The apartment was as described. Beautiful residence. The children had a good time with the swimming pools. Only upon arrival we had to clean a little, it was upholstery. It doesn't take away that we had a great stay.
