La estancia de toda mi familia ha sido perfecta. La casa es impresionante, Rachida, nos trató encantadoramente y nos ayudó en todo. En general, hemos estado como en nuestra casa y siempre hemos estado atendidos de manera perfecta. La ubicación de la casa está muy cerca del centro y caminando se llega a todas partes. Y la comunicación con Pierre ha sido muy buena.

-Très beau Riad, décoré avec goût, propre, confortable, bien équipé. Patio couvert d’une verrière (parfait en hiver avec nuits fraîches ou pluie). Terrasse top ! -Emplacement idéal dans la Médina, proche des lieux de visite (palais el Badii, place Jemaa El Fna, Koutoubia, Souk…), bons restaurants avec rooftop à proximité. -Hôtes sérieux : mise en relation avec le majordome Azzeddine (très réactif) -arrivée : un chauffeur nous conduit directement au Riad (20€ le transfert organisé par Azzeddine) : nous conseillons car c’est un vrai labyrinthe, il faut connaître pour trouver ! Accueil très chaleureux au Riad par Azzeddine (malgré arrivée tardive dans la soirée) avec le traditionnel thé à la menthe et biscuits. -Tout au long du séjour, Azzeddine prend régulièrement de nos nouvelles. -départ très tôt (4h du matin) : Azzeddine a organisé notre transfert à l’aéroport avec un chauffeur très ponctuel (20€). -Nous recommandons à la fois pour le Riad et pour l’accueil.

The Raid is very nice. Good air-conditioning and host is very helpful. Nice breakfast. Location is accessible. While there is leakage of water due to very heavy rain, everything is just good.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (7personnes) dans le riad d'Amandine. Ce séjour fut excellent. La maison est vaste et permet à chacun de garder de l'intimité s'il le souhaite. Le patio est très agréable, les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions et très confortables. Le toit/terrasse spectaculaire et bien aménagé. L'emplacement du riad est parfait en plein centre de la médina et proche de tous les centres d'intérêts touristiques ou gastronomiques. Aïcha, qui s'occupe du riad au quotidien est particulièrement gentille et attentionnée. Elle peut vous concocter de délicieux repas marocain. Un séjour parfait en tous points. Merci Amadine !

I had to leave early and my change in plans caused a bit of chaos, but Jacques and Adil were fantastic about making sure I had transportation to the airport that got me there in plenty of time for my flight. But more importantly Adil guided me himself to a taxi and made the arrangements with the driver which ensured I was not overcharged.

Beautiful and stylish place to live, nice and friendly host, very good communication, fast help with all questions, helpful tips. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you Abdelghani.

Tolles Riad in sehr guter Lage. Medina gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Personal immer freundlich und zurückhaltend aber zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dass das Riad keinen TV hat, haben wir nicht vermisst. In Summe eine echte Empfehlung

We decided to go on a family trip, and were looking for a private Riad for 9 persons. We found this Riad from Alain, and were amazed! We had a great time, the space is cozy and has real character. We felt home and welcome in this Riad in Marrakesh and can't wait to come back again! The location was central and close to all different sorts of restaurants, shops and facilities like taxi stands. It's also close to Bacha Coffee! We also are very happy with Alain, who gave us all the information we needed before our journey began. Rachida, the lovely lady who was at the Riad who picked us up from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad, and made us breakfast every day. She was very kind and we miss her already! We made some really good memories with our family.

Riad Bab Ouchka is a lovely oasis in the middle of the frantic streets of Marrakech. It was spotlessly clean and all of the bedrooms are spacious. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax. Its just a few minutes walk from the shopping streets and about 10 mins to the main square. There are several lovely restaurants with peaceful terraces within a few steps. Mohammed arranged a taxi from the airport and was there to meet the taxi a few streets away from the riad which is as close as a car can get. I'd highly recommend this as its quite hard to find the first time. Mohammed was happy to sit with us and go over a map of the city pointing out things to do and he recommended a really good restaurant very close by. We had breakfast cooked for us in the riad on a couple of days, very tasty - definitely give this a go.

Mohammed est un hôte accueillant, très rassurant, qui prend grand soin de sa clientèle. Toujours disponible par téléphone ou physiquement et très serviable. De très bon conseil et très bon organisateur du séjour et des excursions. Met à disposition des chauffeurs de qualité et très disponibles pour se déplacer. C est très appréciable. Un très bon séjour passé au Maroc grâce à lui.

Our host, Oufa, was a gracious and lovely part of our stay in this beautiful Riad. She prepared breakfast and one night’s dinner that were highlights of our trip. The home was the perfect base for our family of four to explore Marrakesh and escape to a wonderful retreat.

Sonne, Sand, Ruhe, Meer.. was will man mehr? Wir haben eine absolut schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Villa von Khalid und Elise verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist ganz am Ende der Residenz, sodass wir einem sehr schnellen Zugang zum Meer hatten und der Pool ist auch gleich neben dran. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten jede Nacht ein traumhaftes Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen gehört. Die Villa selber war für uns und unser Familie perfekt gemacht. Räume, Möbel, Privatsphäre waren perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Khalid war sehr sympathisch und wir haben super gute Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Zum Beispiel, dass Frauen aus dem nächsten Ortschaft leckeres und gesundes Brot, Msemen und Betbout backen und Bio Eier verkaufen, das war für uns einer der Highlights. Als Familie mit einem kleinen Kind und zusätzlichen Besuch aus der Verwandtschaft, können wir diese Villa bei Karim und Elise sehr empfehlen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Jahr dort.

A perfect accommodation in an excellent location. Dominique was extremely helpful right from the start and gave us some very helpful tips. The caretakers were very efficient and made very tasty breakfasts. The Riad is very tastefully decorated and has ample space in every room. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Marrakesh in future.

Our family (9 people) had a fabulous week-long stay here in the heart of the city. The location of Riad Harmonia is great, in a quiet spot but we could walk to the souks and the main Jemaa el-Fna square within 10 minutes. Mounir, the Riad’s live-in butler, was helpful, very charming, welcoming and knowledgeable. He was happy to help with anything we needed, and arranged our airport transfers , which went very smoothly and recommended and booked a restaurant for us. The Riad was spotlessly clean, a fully equipped kitchen, every room with its own en-suite and a much larger roof terrace than we expected. The central pool area has a large tarpaulin over the top which protected us from the one day of rain, and we paid to heat the pool which was lovely - it was as warm as a nice bath with jacuzzi bubbles as well! wi-fi was great. We booked some amazing excursions and met some wonderful guides, and all in all had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Thank you so much!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce Ryad au Maroc. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Youssef et Dounia, qui ont fait de notre séjour une expérience inoubliable. Leur hospitalité et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment fait la différence. Youssef et Dounia étaient toujours disponibles et prêts à répondre à nos moindres besoins, tout en restant discrets et respectueux de notre intimité. Le Ryad lui-même est magnifiquement décoré, offrant un mélange parfait de charme traditionnel et de confort moderne. Chaque matin, nous avons eu droit à un délicieux petit déjeuner, préparé avec soin par Dounia, et Youssef s’est assuré que nous étions bien installés pour découvrir les trésors de la ville. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont fait de notre séjour un véritable moment de bonheur. Nous recommandons ce Ryad à 100 % et nous espérons y revenir lors de notre prochaine visite au Maroc. Un grand merci à Youssef et Dounia pour tout!

Très bon séjour dans la villa de Marouane , nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mostapha, qui est très gentil, très serviable, très attentionné, très professionnel. La maison est très belle avec un très beau jardin . Elle est également très bien entretenue par la femme de ménage Raja. Elle se situe dans le domaine privé du golf de Noria qui est très sécurisé, il y a un restaurant accessible à pied à une dizaine de minutes qui est le restaurant du golf qui est très bon et qui propose de la cuisine japonaise excellente. L’endroit est également très joli de jour comme de nuit. A 10 minutes en voiture, il y a un autre restaurant qui est un peu une cantine de cuisine marocaine qui s’appelle FriKiss que nous vous conseillons aussi. Après il y a bien entendu beaucoup d’offres de restaurant à Marrakech, ou dans les environs de la villa, nous avons également demandé certaines fois à Mostapha, d’avoir des services de préparation de petit déjeuner et de dîner qui sont faits par Raja.

Das Riad ist wunderschön und grosszügig. Obwohl es mitten in der Medina gelegen ist, hat man seine Ruhe. Möbel u d Ausstattung perfekt. Einzig zwei sanitären Anlagen (Duschen) habe nicht zu jeder Zeit gut funktioniert. Da es aber in jedem Zimmer ein Bad hat, war es nicht schlimm und wir konnten gut ausweichen. Super Frühstück. Schöne Dachterrasse. Ich würde wieder kommen!

We spent 5 nights at this lovely riat. It met our every need and we would love to come again. The staff were so helpful and lovely and made us a dinner and lovely breakfasts every day. A taxi was waiting for us upon arrival and in town the staff led us to the riat as well as recommending spots. It is was the perfect stay for Marrakech Medina. Thank you all, you made our time in Marrakech so special!

Il riad di Caroline è esattamente come nelle foto, bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla della Medina, tutto è comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Caroline credo sia il miglior host avuto fino ad ora, ci ha aiutato moltissimo organizzando i transfer da e per l'aeroporto e anche organizzando personalmente la nostra esperienza in mongolfiera. Ci ha dato tantissimi consigli ed è sempre stata presente rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande in tempo record. Il suo assistente Mourad è un ragazzo gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consiglio questo riad al 100%

Le Riad est super bien placé dans la médina et reste calme. Restaurants, lieux touristiques, supermarchés, tout est proche et peut se faire à pied. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant l’heure prévu. Alice est très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Mohamed nous a également très bien accueilli. La piscine dans le toit est idéale. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Hôte très réactif même à distance. Notre horaire d’arrivée très tardive n’a posé aucun soucis. Accueil sympathique et bienveillant. Situation idéale pour visiter Marrakech à pied. Le roof top juste wahou! Adresse à retenir pour Marrakech. Merci également à Issa qui s’est occupé de nous sur place!

Riad confortable avec charme. Petit dej variés et qualitatifs. L'environnement est plus calme qu'en plein centre mais nécessite un peu plus de marche pour rejoindre jamaa el fna (pas gênant). l'accueil est agréable et efficace. Merci à Hicham et Latifah.

This place is as close to perfection you can get. We stayed here as 2 people but the riad is spacious enough to easily fit 6. Nele was a fantastic host, extremely flexible when we had certain complications and also very responsive to any queries we had. The staff here were wonderful and so welcoming. The rooms are the perfect size with very comfortable king size beds and there is a beautiful rooftop with sunbeds under the shade that we spent a lot of time in. The area was also perfect for us as it was quite calm and easy to get to but not far away from the bustling streets of the souks. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
