Apartment right on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is unique! Directly above the fishing port and still central (5 minutes' walk to the city center). Your private bathroom is directly across from the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Real thatched cottage: cozy holiday home with large garden in Dörphof - Schuby, only a few kilometers to the Baltic Sea beach - in the Schwansener Land. Our "Alte Tante" built around 1860 has been welcoming guests from all directions for over 20 years. The traditionally thatched roof creates a typical Nordic flair. In the course of several modernizations until 2017, traditional charm now blends with comfortable modernity to create an incomparable coziness.

Cozy comfortable wooden hut invites you to relax after a bike tour in beautiful nature on the Schlei. The Viking bike path goes right past the property. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and TV, in the bathroom there is an ecological toilet and a sink with hot water, to be used with ecological products. There is a solar shower outside. Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The modern 40 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built extension of our residential building and has a light-flooded living room with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV, as well as a double bed. The kitchenette with dining table is equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
