Very good and pleasant place, easy access and with plenty of privacy, the house has enough utensils and appliances for meals. One suggestion would be to put perhaps in the ad everything that is really available, we took it as a precaution but not everything was needed. Mauro was very helpful and met my requests. The neighborhood is quiet and because it is a gated community, at the first sign of any disturbance from outside, someone is there to restore order (DON'T GO IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEACE AND SILENCE) because you will not be well received in this case. i recommend it.

My stay was perfect! The place is impeccably clean, well equipped and met all my needs. The downtown location is excellent, close to everything and very quiet, ensuring a great rest to the city with welcoming people. (Luís and Ana ) were super solitary, friendly and quickly answered all questions. The location is easy to find and exactly matched the photos and listing description, exceeding my expectations. I recommend it and will definitely come back

great value for money. apartment with good size and division, with garage. clean bed and bath linens, elevator. very functional. only negative point is a bar on the corner, noisy on Fridays. other than that, excellent location.

A Letícia and super attentive and requests Place is wonderful we spent a week in the workplace for a week. For sure we will return. it has a great pool, large kitchen and great rooms .The new and flawless finishing rooms. we were amazed at the tranquility of the site thank you very much Leticia!
