Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

This peaceful home with shared pool is located on a 6000 m2 park located at the entrance of a hamlet. The city center is 850 m on foot, 2500 m by road. Most of the attractions of Périgord Noir are within a maximum radius of 20 minutes. A barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors while the children have fun on the games available. As the new owner, I will strive to positively develop the place.
