We loved our stay here! It was a comfortable, quiet place and was located near multiple shopping plazas and grocery stores. Communication with the team for any problems we had was friendly and the issues were resolved quickly. Definitely recommend if you want a place close-ish to the beach but still has the feel of home.

Love the complex. It’s was spotless and everything was in walking distance barely needed my car. I would highly recommend staying there.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Nice and clean, simple check in/out process, and overall a great experience. The pool and gym are great amenities (we actually wish we’d stayed an extra day just to have a pool day). The area isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely come back!

I stayed here to see my grandsons who were in town for a few days. The location was perfect. Very easy to get in and out. Convenient to several restaurants. Very clean property.

This home was perfect for my family. It was large enough that we were not suffocating each other and had a great family area for family time. We all love the open floor plan. The location is quiet and family friendly. It's just a few short minutes from shopping, and down town. This home was wonderful. The instructions for this home were clear and simple. He sends them in increments so that it is easy to review when needed. He communicates promptly and clearly.

The house was as pretty as the pictures. Melissa was very responsive with the one issue we had. A toilet wasn't working properly and she sent someone right out. A previous guest had flushed a toothbrush, which she obviously had no control over.

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

My family and I had a great stay! Everything was clean and organized. Just would recommend adding blinds or curtains to main front window! Thank you Ric for making this simple and easy!

We were in town for a show at North Charleston Performing Arts Center and enjoyed our weekend stay. The home is just as described and a short distance to downtown, Mount Pleasant and other areas. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

I can't say enough good things about Iris and this place! They were extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend staying with them anytime you are in the area! I know we will be!

Leslie’s home is beautiful and was even more impressive in person than in the pictures. Very quick response to all of my messages. Super easy check in. Home was spotless and beautiful inside and out. My friends and I had a great stay at Jennifer’s AirBnb for my best friends bachelorette weekend! The house has great amenities in a great neighborhood and close to stores, food, and downtown Charleston. Jennifer for was very responsive and friendly! Cannot recommend enough!
