Héctor mantuvo excelente comunicación y contestó cada pregunta que le hacía sin problemas, además fue muy amable en dejarme tener una visita momentánea por cuestiones de mi trabajo, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, muy tranquilo el lugar para descansar. 100% recomendado.

It was a great place to spend a weekend with the family inn.. the pool is perfect for the little ones. All the amenities int eh house and the area places just makes the experience better. I recommend this property for your next Puerto Rico vacation.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Perfectly described on website. We particularly enjoyed having two bathrooms for all four of us. We stayed on the first floor and had access to a nice patio area outside the residence. Very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen should you decide to cook meals. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great to utilize for the two-minute walk to the beach. Great, central location in Puerto Rico to visit an abundance of sites. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jaileen!

We had a wonderful time as a family and felt right at home. The house is quite comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool is perfect for spending the whole day in, and even at night it's spectacular with the lights in the gazebo and pool area. Having access to the beach from the house adds to the special atmosphere. We took beautiful photos there. Definitely a special place that makes you want to return.

Nos explicó todo con claridad y se aseguró de que no nos faltara nada. La ubicación es perfecta, rodeada de muchas playas hermosas y excelentes lugares para comer. El alojamiento estaba impecable: todo limpio, organizado y con un ambiente muy acogedor. Sin duda, volvería mil veces más.

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

La villa estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy limpia y bien equipada (enseres y cubiertos básicos de cocina, toallas y sábanas adicionales, bolsas de basura, detergente para lavar ropa, etc). Federico fue muy atento y respondió siempre con rapidez. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

This place was beautiful with breathtaking views. The host was really friendly, helpful, he was very polite and made our stay like home. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Thank you! I look forward to my return to Puerto Rico and to this Airbnb! Buen Dia!

The views and place is amazing. Looks just like the pictures! The bed is so comfortable and the space was very clean. Location is near great restaurants and activities.

Great places to be close to beach and relax at the pool as well. Close to restaurants with great food what more can you ask for.

We had a great time. The place was beautiful, clean and we were provided everything we needed.

We had such a wonderful stay here. We have 4 kids so there was plenty of room for everyone and they took advantage of playing in the backyard. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore, there is only 2 restaurants and 2 beaches within walking distance. We planned on staying in the house a lot so it was perfect for us, we truly enjoyed the house and could not beat the view.

This was a beautiful home to stay in. The location was beautiful as well. The home is as pictured. A lot of amenities. Really, everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home. It was very clean. The host was very responsive and provided wonderful suggestions for restaurants. I highly recommend this home for up to 8 guests. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I wanted to spend quality time together on vacation. This was memorable stay with wonderful time. Getting there was easy. Close to beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, and more. We received clear instructions. They made an exception for us with early check-in at no additional cost. Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a delicious smell. Everything was beautifully decorated, modern and elegant. The atmosphere was cozy, private, secure, and delightfully quiet. Every corner was impeccably clean. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need. There's even on-site parking, a balcony, central air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a hammock, board games, and even a first aid kit, among other amenities. The space is perfect. Charming and cozy. The host is accessible, responsive, and very attentive. She offers such professional and excellent service that we feel right at home. This stay was more than met than our expectations. Thank you!

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

We will be back. Me and my wife stayed for the week. My family lives 5 minutes away. Carlos was more than courteous. He allowed us to even try the cocoa plant and even brought us some snacks. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I know they’re only 6 months on Airbnb at this point. But let me assure you, no issues arose in our stay.
