This former fisherman's house was renovated in 2019/20. All rooms have exceptional sea views Guests can enjoy the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, living room) and the bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs are a living room, two bedrooms and a water feature (wc and sink ). A crib and high chair on request. A small adjoining garden will allow you to eat outside. Access is direct to the shore.

Our house is very cozy, perfectly equipped (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is 800 m from Donville-Les-Bains beach. This beach offers beautiful views of Granville and the Chausey Islands. Less than 100 m from local shops, 2.5 km from the heart of Granville, 1.5 km from the train station. A great place to relax, walk, take in the sights, have fun and recharge.

Our beach house was completely renovated in 2017. It is located at 8 Rue Bel Air, in Donville-les-Bains, in a very quiet and pleasant residential area. A stone's throw from the beach, and not far from shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.), you are also very close to the thalassotherapy center. Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
