The cottage is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Refurbished studio, located on the garden level in Donville-les-Bains. Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac 300 meters from the beach and 100 m from the Christian Dior Museum. All shops are within walking distance and in Granville in 5 mins. The Thalassotherapy and Rehabilitation Center are close by. visit Chausey. South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbor which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.
