Two new bathrooms and one almost done and double bed added (see last two photos). 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. Beaches and kite-surf beaches are 1-2 km away, Ada Bojana is 4 km away and shops/restaurants are all within 1/2km.There are two A/C (one in bedroom 1 and hall for bedrooms 2/3) +Washing machine. +Optic net/cable TV

We built swimming pool in 2019year and it is open for guests from 15.05-01.10 My place is close to parks,pine forest(in our yard) great views of sea,olive trees, the city center is about 400m, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Mediterranean unique studio,with amazing sea view

Studio apartment with big terrace and amazing sea view, kitchenette, SAT TV,air condition, free parking, wirelles, bathroom.There is a small mini-market just across the street.Everything is newly renovated in Mediterranean style.We have five of this studio,so if one is not avaliable,you can reserved on other studio on my account with less reviews,it is the same one.
