Cosy & Convenient Viennese Charm

Our place is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, in between 2 famous parks and is well connected to anywhere in the city. The building is quite old, offering tall ceilings and an overall charming 'alt bau' style. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our 2nd floor home that we put together very lovingly, keeping the vienese essence alive. We are sure you will enjoy the jacussi in the large bathroom and perhaps some entertainment on the projector afterwards! It is a restful space to come back to.

New place to stay

zentrale artist studio wohnung

Beautiful apartment, spacious and bright. Tasteful interiors, clean and comfortable. Great location, very local non touristic, easy to rent a bike and cycle to the main attractions, also easy with many buses or also just 20-40min walking distance to museums etc… Mara has given us the best tips and she was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautifully designed, with lots of great art that makes the space feel warm and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to supermarkets, bakeries, and several public transport options that make getting to the city center quick and easy. The host was incredibly friendly and flexible with our check-out time, which we really appreciated. Communication was fast and helpful throughout.

Lea's apartment is abundantly spacious, and she was super helpful and flexible during our stay. This is old-school airbnb at its best, not the professionalized sterile method for renting sterile flats. This place has more personality than pages of other listings in the area. If you are looking for that and ok with slightly squeaky hardwood floor, this is the place for you. We would be happy to stay here one more.

Wien-Boho-Style bei Schönbrunn

We had a wonderful experience - Betty’s place is spacious, clean and she left clear instructions about what we could use in the kitchen etc. Friendly and generous about leaving our bags on the final day :) happily recommend!
