Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Sissi's garden house offers pure relaxation on 120 m² of living space. The charming, light-flooded house has been renovated and completely refurnished. It is located in an absolutely green location in the noble suburb of Hietzing, where Schönbrunn Palace and Sissi's Hermesvilla are also located. Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

The house is in the green belt of Vienna, from where the city and the main tourist attractions can be easily reached via the well-developed transport network, Park&Ride or by tram. The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is to be paid on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!

The Weißes Haus accommodation offers its guests a large roof terrace, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave as well as a private bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A beautiful garden with pavilion and a large covered terrace with dining area are available.

The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are cozy with box spring beds. Next to the house there is a large playground for children and a swimming lake. Quickly in the center and still in the countryside. Ideal for tourists, business travelers, families with children and groups of up to 10 people.

It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
