Vacation rentals with lake access in Donauinsel

Impeccable and very well located accommodation (15 min walk from the old center). Too bad the tap water is not drinkable especially during hot weather!

Johann is an exceptional man, I have never met a host like him, very kind, very helpful, adorable, he put everything at our disposal, the house is very beautiful, cozy, we found everything we needed, all kinds of practical machines in the kitchen... a very nice spacious Veranda for breakfast, near the house there is a small lake extremely beautiful to see but with private access only for villagers so Johann gave us access cards... everything was impeccable!

Great place to stay, nice to have access to the pool to cool off on a hot day since so many places in Vienna don't seem to have air conditioning. Cornelia is lovely to interact with.

This place made us feel like a friend’s home, warm and delight. On the table, there is a welcome red wine for us , really sweet. :) My kids like the place right away, some toys are even same as ours at home. The location is 30mins drive to the center, not far at all. On the way back there are many supermarkets to shop for daily use. I communicated with the owners very well during our stay, they are a lovely local family who understand and help us in any questions we have. I highly recommend to families with kids to stay.

We first booked through Airbnb and it was a hit. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and gave us as many tips for activities and culinary delights for the immediate surroundings. The guest room is very large, clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome drink, there was a chilled wine from our helpful hostess. There is a coffee machine, dishes and a fridge for drinks. The bathroom is new and there is a large garden where we could enjoy the silence in the evening. It is a few steps to the Danube farm and we were able to borrow 2 stand-up paddle Boarde from the hostess. We felt completely comfortable and the accommodation is ideal for many sports activities. We will be happy to come back.

The place was super nice. Leva was always easily accessible and made our first day in Vienna super easy, as we were able to get into the apartment earlier. The location was also a dream and we felt very comfortable. Clear recommendation!

I would really like to recommend this accommodation. The apartment is excellently furnished with everything you need for your stay✨ Access to the apartment is very simple, everything works via a code and you don't have to worry about the keys🔑 Communication with the host is great, you get all the information and if you need help, the host responds immediately. I would like to highlight two things: 1-Perfect location🏙️ Beautiful, modern and quiet, good for walking. 2 minutes from the apartment is metro that takes you to the centre of Vienna. 2-Fair behaviour by the host. We had a parking problem but the host solved it immediately and was helpful👏 I recommend it and I will be happy to come back😊

The place is a real treat, it has everything you need, and is centrally located as indicated. We reached the points of our interest mostly on foot, walking through the streets of beautiful Vienna. If you need transportation, everyone is very close, so convenient to reach. Doris was very nice and available as needed, so super recommended!

Had a great stay. The apartment is well located and next to Danube Island which was great for running. Easy access to the city and all the sights. Max was a great host and very responsive. The apartment was like the photos, spacious and comfortable

There were two of us with a dog and enjoyed our stay! The Jaccouzi in winter is an absolute dream and the surroundings are very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host was very sweet, gave us a lot of information and was also available at short notice! The only drawback - but unfortunately the landlord can't do anything about it and therefore no star deduction, but it should still be mentioned that the neighbor directly above it is inexcusable...

Reinhard is a great host, very flexible and responsive. He helped my with some answers and questions about Vienna and how to go around, very helpful. My stay at his apartment was great, very clean, had all things amenities. The apartment is very close to the U1 line, and very easy to get around Vienna. I will book this place again for sure next time I go to Vienna. Reinhard has all my recommendations.
