Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Don Pedro Island

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Troy's home was comfortable and clean. The best part of the home was the numerous amenities available with the rental. Troy had bikes, kayaks, and the best pool. We had a wonderful time in Punta Gorda and would be happy to stay again when we return to town.

This is our 3rd year staying at this house and I am hoping to have many more. The screened lanai around the gorgeous, clean, heated pool and spa, the huge kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the quick response time if we need anything, all add up to make for a stellar place to stay. Absolutely a gem. Thank you, Roman, for another great year!

My family and I are extremely happy with our stay. This is definitely a hidden gem that I feel everybody needs to experience. I am super happy and will continuously recommend this location to anybody who is going down to the Port Charlotte location. The games for the kids the amenities that were available not really needing to have to go out anywhere in order to get anything. It was a luxury Airbnb experience.

The house was beautiful! Very peaceful and comfy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The house was great. Great mattress in the master bedroom. Good size bathroom. Nice laundry room. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings.

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Very clean and the house smell so good. Victor is very responsible and helpful. I would stay here in a heart beat.

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Our stay here was wonderful! We brought our 2 daughters10&14) and there was plenty of space, beautiful pool and views of the canal. Sunsets were beautiful here! The host was very responsive with the entire process. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery and was beeping. I called and within an hour they were there to fix it. I highly recommend renting this home you won’t regret it! We would absolutely rent this house again.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!
