Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Friendly, cozy, modern, this charming house has just been redone. Its ideal location allows you to get anywhere in La Charité and very quickly. A concierge is at your disposal for any requests.

One of the sofas is convertible (thick mattress 140 X 190) the separate kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The upstairs bedroom has a large 160 x 200 cm bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet in addition to the one on the ground floor
