Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

We had a great stay. The view is breathtaking, you could contemplate it for hours! We were quiet outside of the season so few neighbors. The accommodation is identical to the listing, we enjoyed the kitchen in which there was all the equipment to cook like at home. Giorgio was very responsive and proactive with information or requests. We highly recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Several of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia are within 20 minutes of the house by car and the beaches are also within walking distance. Nice and quiet location to explore the many beautiful beaches close by - with a very nice little beach reachable by foot and great for snorkeling. No restaurants or shops in walking distance so a car is advisable. House and garden are just as shown in the pictures with view of the sea from the roof terrace.
