It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

The kitchen features sleek white cabinetry with modern appliances, including an oven and stovetop. A spacious island with seating provides a casual dining option. If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We loved our three night stay in Lan's characterful and fantastically located apartment. My son slept on the sofa bed and me in the bedroom and there was plenty of room. Lan is an exceptional host: providing a mass of helpful guidance and suggestions to make the most of this wonderful city. One of its greatest strengths is being at the heart of a fascinating, artistic and creative local community. We even enjoyed a local concert directly outside one evening. Strongly recommended. A nicely renovated apartment in a lovely old building in a fabulous location right by the river in the heart of the old town. Easy walking to shops, sites and restaurants. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. Air-conditioning will make a huge difference to once it has been installed especially in the summer months. Appreciated the nice, clean bathroom with a good-sized shower. The travel guides on Ljubljana and surrounding areas were a great help.

great comfy place. lovley surroundings and silent at night. highly recommend as its a very relaxing place and driving distance from great attractions.
