House vacation rentals in Doctor Phillips

Host was very responsive and helpful! The house was clean and as expected. Here are some honest downsides- the pool area is small and NOT private at all. It felt like sharing a pool/backyard with neighbors. The hot tub was connected to pool water so you cannot heat the hot tub without paying to heat the pool as well. We were also over 30 minutes from Universal Studios, which is why we stayed in Orlando was to visit that park almost every day, and I didn’t realize how far the address was until we were there. Everything else was good! The owner even helped me understand the coffee maker! Great communication. Great hosts!

Harmony House was perfect! Home away from Home. So close Universal! Took no time to get there and we didn’t have to get on I-4 for any Universal Park. Thank Goodness!!! At first we were a little worried because the neighborhood didn’t seem like it would have such a nice home in it, but it wasn’t bad. We had no issues..The house was just as described and just like the pictures. It had a great AC System especially for Florida! And it smelled so good. Every time we walked in we were all like oh it smells so good in here. I thought my husband took a picture of the air freshener but he didn’t. I am determined to find it though. I am extremely picky about smells and it was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool and the fact there were pool floats and a pool basketball hoop and ball were a nice touch. Great location and amenities. Our visit was focused on going to Universal and a day at Disney. We had a rental car and found it very easy to travel to both locations. We also enjoyed having the pool. There were 5 of us in the house (girls trip). The one bathroom is in the mater bedroom, so my sister and I ended up sharing that room and my 3 friends took the other 3 rooms and shared the hall bath. Overall the house had what we needed and was a great space for us to hang out. We did have to trade pillows to find ones that worked for us and we did buy bottled water due to the taste of FL water.

The moment we walked in the beautiful red front door we felt like we were at our new home away from home! The house is beautifully decorated and the location is very peaceful overlooking a calm pond. You cannot beat the location for shopping, dining, and theme park fun! We would stay again in a heartbeat!!

This place fit our needs perfectly. Nice touch with the hidden rooms behind bookcases. The pool water temperature was cozy. Teenagers loved it.

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

Great host. Great house to rent next to several attractions. Inside is better than the photos.

First of all, the host is WONDERFUL. She was very responsive and even followed up after the first night to make sure everything was okay. There was ample space for our whole family.

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

A group of 5 (plus a dog) went down for a concert and to celebrate my birthday, this house was AMAZING! There was so much space that even with the rooms being close to one another, no one felt like they were on top of each other. Tina has done a marvelous job decorating and furnishing the place with beautiful, and very comfortable, furniture/decor. The kitchen, fridge/freezer, and laundry room came fully stocked with everything you could need (even things you didn’t know you did). The pool and backyard space were stunning! My dog had a blast running around and pretending he was an alligator in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and towels were provided. Overall this has been the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, my entire group loved it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s staying in Orlando!

Perfect place for a quick getaway

This house is extremely charming and was a lovely place for us to stay while we were visiting the theme parks especially Universal Studios in Orlando. The house is very updated and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after a full day of theme park walking. Everything was easily local, including grocery store, stores and places to eat out. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this location if you intend to visit the theme parks in Orlando Florida. This house is conveniently nestled in a very nice neighborhood.

I just want to thank Enma and all of the hosts who helped make my little family’s first vacation feel so perfect! This is also my first house Airbnb experience (I’ve been in hotel style Airbnb’s) before but I used to be more of a resort type of girl. Now my teen daughter says we should do a house instead of resorts every year!! I miss this home already and so much that now my husband and I are discussing owning one of these ! The home much nice and cozy and so cleannn! The beds felt amazing ! I miss the pool already !! Thank you . Thank you !!!!

If in Orlando, look no further. Michael's place is definitely where you want to stay! The house is cozy, comfortable and spacious! But the ourdoor area is absolutely incredible!! It feels like your own personal oasis that you do not have to share with anyone. The sunsets from the pool and hottub are stunning. If you want a relaxing vacation poolside or a place close to all the action of the parks this it!! You will not be disappointed! The Millers

Amazing house, great location, and very responsive host.

Me and my family had a blast at Nga’s home!! Very beautiful and clean home. The pool was definitely a family favorite as it was clean and warm. So many family activities to do near the house. Will definitely be staying here next time we come to orlando!!
