House vacation rentals in Doctor Phillips

Rodrigo’s place was absolutely perfect for us. 2 adults 2 kids doing the Disney parks. 15 minutes from the parks, lots of shops, takeaways and restaurants super close. Property was as described and pictured. Location was ideal. Very quiet and peaceful. I am seriously struggling to fault it, if I was being super picky maybe some outside lights for the pool area at night would be good. Will come again on our return to Orlando for sure.

Great location and amenities. Our visit was focused on going to Universal and a day at Disney. We had a rental car and found it very easy to travel to both locations. We also enjoyed having the pool. There were 5 of us in the house (girls trip). The one bathroom is in the mater bedroom, so my sister and I ended up sharing that room and my 3 friends took the other 3 rooms and shared the hall bath. Overall the house had what we needed and was a great space for us to hang out. We did have to trade pillows to find ones that worked for us and we did buy bottled water due to the taste of FL water.

This was definitely a great place to stay, easy to check in and the host was so responsive! I hosted a birthday party and everyone had an amazing time and had everything they needed.

Beautiful house and perfect location for park access. We stayed a week and only went through 1/2 of tank of gas because everything was so conveniently located.

This place fit our needs perfectly. Nice touch with the hidden rooms behind bookcases. The pool water temperature was cozy. Teenagers loved it.

This place is perfect! From the moment you walk in, you walk into a very clean house where the floor is literally shining. Peter provided everything we would need from towels to first aid kits. The area is perfect too and using the garage as the main form of access during the stay was very convenient. Peter always responded within the hour to any questions I had. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

Rennata was great to work with. The house we stayed at was perfect for our family and was in a great location to get to/from the parks we were visiting.

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

What a lovely home this is. Very thoughtfully done and beautiful setting. Our contact person Gabriel was very very responsive. There were three couples staying here together and there was plenty of room to enjoy visiting or alone time.

Beautifully remodeled home in popular area. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas exquisite. Host is very accommodating and responsive.

This house is extremely charming and was a lovely place for us to stay while we were visiting the theme parks especially Universal Studios in Orlando. The house is very updated and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after a full day of theme park walking. Everything was easily local, including grocery store, stores and places to eat out. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this location if you intend to visit the theme parks in Orlando Florida. This house is conveniently nestled in a very nice neighborhood.

Host was very responsive and helpful! The house was clean and as expected. Here are some honest downsides- the pool area is small and NOT private at all. It felt like sharing a pool/backyard with neighbors. The hot tub was connected to pool water so you cannot heat the hot tub without paying to heat the pool as well. We were also over 30 minutes from Universal Studios, which is why we stayed in Orlando was to visit that park almost every day, and I didn’t realize how far the address was until we were there. Everything else was good! The owner even helped me understand the coffee maker! Great communication. Great hosts!

Kimberly was a delightful host. She was very responsive when we had any questions. Her home felt very cozy and comfortable. She made it so easy to check in and accommodating. My family and I went to Disney for 4 days and it felt nice to be away from the traffic and it was easy to get to the parks. The kids loved having a pool to themselves to enjoy after a long day at the parks. There is also a grocery store, Starbucks and plenty of places to eat nearby, which made things very convenient for my family. I would definitely rebook Kimberly’s home again in the future and highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home.

Caitlin was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question about anything. The house was incredible, they took so much time and money making all the amenities and details first class. Everything was explained in easy to read pamphlets that described everything. The game room was a big hit, and of course the bbq and pool area, and my family absolutely loved it. Everyone was raving at how nice a place the house was. I highly recommend staying here if you can, I would definitely rent again if we’re ever back in the area.

VERY NICE CLEAN AND COZY HOME

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spacious home—absolutely perfect for our large family gathering of 23! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable without ever feeling cramped. The location was super convenient, especially for our trips to the Universal Studios parks. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Diogo and his team. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, even replying to our messages late at night. We had a few minor incidents, but they went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this wonderful home and amazing host. It made our family vacation truly memorable!
