A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

This unique place has a style all its own. Only 6.5 miles to Chester and a stones throw off the A55 expressway. Fully renovated for 2022 all fittings and furnishings are new and we have spared no expense creating a unique space to enjoy and relax in. Three Pubs walking distance including St Davids park Hotel. The apartment is located next to eatdeli which we also own.

Christine’s house is beautiful and impeccably clean. She prepared a continental breakfast for me and my sister, even though it wasn’t included in the room rate—such generosity! She even placed a bottle of water by our bedside. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her and her husband, Dave; they’re brilliant and delightful people. Dave insisted on driving us to the train station because we had two large suitcases. Their kindness was overwhelming. I definitely will book again. Thank you so much for everything. The Gardener’s House was perfect for my wedding weekend. A gorgeous, peaceful setting that really helped with the pre wedding nerves. The setting made for stunning getting ready photos! The only downside we found was we had no luck heating the wood fired hot tub so wish we had tried this sooner in our stay if we had the time. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in future to relive our wedding memories, it will definitely remain a special place for us. Thank you!!

A lovely annexe in a peaceful area. I stayed here as I was going to an exhibition at Lady Lever Art Gallery at Port Sunlight close by. I stayed for 2 nights for some time out. The bed is very comfy and the shower is great. Thanks for leaving me to my own devices. I had some very peaceful and much needed respite time.

Louise’s place is nothing short of GORGEOUS. It was modern, SPOTLESS and had everything we needed for the night. The living room is beautiful and the sofa is beyond comfy. The place is open and airy but comfortable and homely. The check-in was easy and her communication was quick and friendly. The shower was clean and the water pressure was perfect. The towels smelt lovely and fresh and so did the bedding. The bed was also beyond comfortable.. in a perfect world, the bed may have been a tiny bit bigger but I’m 6ft1 and my wife is 5ft10. Other than that, the whole stay was perfect. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in and we’d definitely stay again without a doubt
