Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains! This place is spotless and the host is wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. Just a heads-up that sound does travel a bit within the house, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron…) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the fridge. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment – with our dogs, which was absolutely hassle-free. The hostess was incredibly warm and helpful, we felt welcome from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, very spacious and well equipped – you can tell that attention to detail is paid here. Everything was just like in the photos, if not better. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Croatia – whether with or without a four-legged friend!

Very nicely furnished apartment in a lovingly renovated old house right in the small harbor of the picturesque village of Volosko. From each room you can see the sea. The terrace is also very nice. Near the apartment you will find restaurants, beaches and hiking opportunities. From here you can go over the beach promenade to Opatija. Petra was very friendly and helpful and we were warmly welcomed. Highly recommended!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Ana and her family are very nice. They made us feel at home right from the beginning and even shared food with us. They gave us fantastic tips on what to do with our child in the area and how to get about and kept asking us if we needed anything else from them. Their son even shared his toys with our child. The flat is very cosy, well equipped and has a comfortable bed. And the garden is absolutely fabolous, great for having meals outside and for children to play in. Shops and the busstop are at a walking distance and although we didn't have a car, getting to the centre of Rijeka and to Opatija by bus was very easy, even if the latter takes a bit of time.

Ana was almost about to give birth but nevertheless provided a sparkling clean studio with everything a person could wish for. Not big but complete. The front terrace made it possible to sit outside. This is what you call "value for money". I can recommend to anyone.

As mentioned in my previous review, Miki and Davorka’s place is 10/10! Grčevo, Sablićevo, and other city beaches are just a short walk away. Pećine is loaded with beautiful, intriguing architectural details, from the 19th century Austrohungarian villas that line the hills to the numerous staircases (prilazi) that descend down to the waters of Kvarner Bay (Kvarnerski zaljev). For me, the location was ideal. Beyond the great hosting, colleagues from the University of Rijeka were close, city beaches proved a indispensable respite from work, and even the nearby Joga u svakodnevnom životu facility had an excellent vegetarian restaurant and terrace. Since I overindulge in meat and could sneak of to Lovran quite easily for yet another vibe, it was a perfect fit. Don't miss this spot!

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!
