Monthly Rentals in Tunis

The apartment and Amira were great! Amira was very polite and accommodating, kept me informed and explained everything well. The apartment is very clean and big! The only thing I didn't like 100% was the surroundings. Especially in the evening, almost everything is closed and hardly anyone is out. That's just the way it is in Tunis Capital. :)

the hosts and listing are perfect. friendly, responsive, accommodating but not on your shoulder throughout the stay. co-host was probably the most warm and private person I've met and I felt very much at ease, like I had some kind of rights to the place. very courteous and mannerly, professional but friendly at the same time. the accomodation was more impressive clean and private than what was advertised. this is always recommended. I'd jump at it again and I suggest if you are reading this you do too!

Don't hesitate to rent Madhi's apartment, he is an excellent host, concerned and kind, he picked us up at the airport even though the flight was delayed 4 hours, he waited for us very patiently, always attentive to questions, his house is beautiful and impeccable inside, he also took us to sidi bou said our other rental, the truth is I had never been so lucky to have such a nice and kind and attentive host

We are so happy to have found Youssef's place! Youssef was a very responsive host, answered messages straight away and was very flexible. We can find zero faults with this place: the flat was spotless and everything was super clean, great water pressure, safe building, close to the medina and lots of great restaurants, AC and wifi worked well, comfortable furniture. Everything was perfect! Youssef and his family were also great hosts. His parents welcomed us to the flat, he and his wife made us a beautiful Tunisian breakfast on our final day and his father drove us to the airport. If we come back to Tunis, we would love to stay here again!
