Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dives-sur-Mer

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

L’appartement de Benjamin est admirablement bien placé. Vue mer de toutes les pièces, plage a une minute à pieds, tous les commerces et restaurant sont au pied de l’immeuble. L’appartement est petit mais tout équipé , décoré simplement et avec gout. La literie est de bonne qualité. En un mot : nous reviendrons !

Super séjour ! L'appartement était parfait, très propre et bien situé L'hôte était très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement !

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Milene’s place. It was so clean, just as pictured, plenty of coffee, comfortable beds. We could not have found a better place to stay. Conveniently and centrally located with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would totally recommend!!

Séjour idéal ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet appartement. Tout est réuni pour un séjour confortable : un intérieur moderne, une literie de qualité, une propreté irréprochable, et un petit extérieur très agréable. L’appartement est également très bien équipé pour un bébé (chaise haute, transat, lit parapluie), ce qui est un vrai plus. Idéalement situé face à la mer, on peut facilement profiter de la plage ou se promener jusqu’au centre de Deauville. Un grand merci à Martial pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Lovely little apartment which is only five minutes walk from the centre of town. Great views of the town from the bedroom windows. Would not hesitate to use again. Tip - There is a car park about 100 meters from the apartment but it is very small and expensive. Each evening we parked our car at the Naturospace car park which is free. It is only about a 5-10 walk away (and it is a nice walk too).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La localisation est idéale : proche de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme et agréable. Le descriptif de l’annonce est parfaitement fidèle à la réalité, aucune mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé – on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Je recommande vivement !

Le Pressoir was a fantastic location for a chilled family break. The property itself was lovely - spacious, light, nice interiors, well appointed and exactly as per the description. The owners had thought of everything - not only the basics like plenty of crockery and cutlery but also thoughtful touches such as charcoal for the barbeque, pool accessories etc. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. There was an added bonus of young foals in the adjacent field which the kids loved. The pool was gated, warm and well-maintained. The only slight drawback for us was that you need to drive to get to decent sized local supermarket and/or restaurants to eat out but we knew this beforehand. All in all we would highly recommend this property!

Séjour très agréable, la maison était super agréable, bien située, très propre et très bien équipée

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille chez Julie. La maison est spacieuse et idéal pour 2/3 familles en plus d'être super bien équipée. Nous avons eu énormément de chance sur le temps donc nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui est très agréable et au calme. Je vous recommande vivement cette maison. Enfin, Julie a toujours été très réactive pour répondre à nos questions et s'est montrée disponible.

Magnifique demeure à deux pas de la plage. Attention tout de même à la route à traverser. Calme et authenticité font le charme de cette maison. Merci à Hélène pour la flexibilité d’arrivée et de départ.

Nous avons passé un we prolongé très agréable dans cette belle maison. Très grand jardin, idéal pour le enfants, la décoration de la maison a est faite avec beaucoup de goût, tout est de qualité et confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien ! Un grand merci à Alexia pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et son sourire ! Nous recommandons très vivement cette location.

Such a beautiful stay at Evelyne’s place. Gite is exactly like the photos and the garden and pool area is stunning.

We were a group of pensioners on a photographic trip. The accommodation was perfect for our requirements. The beds were extremely comfortable and had some of the best night's sleep I've had for sometime. The location is perfect for our requirements, within an easy driving distance of the Normandy Coast, which is what we required. It is only a short distance to the city centre of Caen and quite a few restaurants within easy driving distance. The accommodation is on a equine farm but is perfectly clean and tidy. If I could mention one small detail as I wonder if we could've been provided with larger bath towels as we were all gentleman of a certain build. Gael was an exceptional host and very helpful when we sought his assistance. Would certainly recommend this as a base for touring Normandy.

Le logement est plus beau que sur les photos. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec des enfants en bas âges. La maison est adaptée, livres et jeux et surtout la plage à proximité (2/3 minutes). Nous reviendrons !

L'appartement est très cosy et bien décoré. Fidèle aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place. La résidence est très jolie et calme. Marie Danielle est une hôte très réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement impeccable, rénové récemment, avec vue sur la mer. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à distance à pied, on a profité de la digue et de la plage de sable fin. Merci à Christelle pour son accueil, ses consignes et ses conseils.

Notre deuxième séjour dans cet apartement - toujours aussi idéale pour passer quelques jours à Deauville .. l'emplacement, l'équipement, l'éspace .. et les réponses / réactivité de Charlotte au top! Merci!

En front de mer génial avec des enfants , plage devant la baie de la loggia, vue sublime , stationnement facile, résidence sécurisée avec bip portail. Apt fonctionnel, très bien agencé, de l ‘espace, gros plus la loggia fermée qui s ouvre entièrement . Yasmina à l arrivée comme au départ très souple et de bon conseil. Hôtes sympathiques et très disponibles . A 5mn de Cabourg et 15mn de Houlgate, facile d accès pr visiter la cote fleurie comme les sites du débarquement. Nous vs recommandons sans hésitation . Cdlt. We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Appartement très bien situé lumineux et cosy avec petit balcon et emplacement parking ultra pratique Vincent a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ son qualificatif de super hôte est tout a fait mérité je recommande sans hésitation !!
