Vacation rentals with a fireplace in District 7

Very helpful and friendly host. The property was situated in a central location which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. Very easy to get in and go out with a very responsive host. Had a lovely stay thanks to the host, will definitely visit again.

I had some issues with my apartment, and Huynh was incredibly quick to help me out. He responded to my messages immediately and went above and beyond to ensure I had a better room. His hospitality and professionalism were truly outstanding. Thanks to him, my stay was much more comfortable, and I really appreciated his kindness and efficiency. If you’re looking for a great host who genuinely cares about his guests, Huynh is the best! Highly recommended!

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Great place to stay, great value

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.

Die Unterkunft von Khoa war wirklich toll. Super schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Great stay. Neat and clean just like the photos on the app. Squeaky clean bathrooms. Easy to find location. Smooth and hassle free checkin and checkout . Will definitely book again.
