Vacation rentals with a patio in District 5

I had a good week in Vietnam. I initially booked a day and booked all the additional days after checking in to the room. I was able to do laundry, and the front door can be opened and closed at any time with an automatic key, there was an elevator, and it was nice to have an elevator, and the location was nice. But I hope the bed was a little more fluffy

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

This place has such a unique and modern interior — it truly felt like a home away from home, which was such a treat after being overseas for a while. The location is great, and one of the lovely touches was the free meal and drink offered at the café downstairs for each guest — a really thoughtful perk. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of natural light in the space, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

The host is very nice!Informed at night that the water dispenser had no water, and someone was called in the next day to fix it. Very efficient and considerate host.Although there is noise outside early in the morning, but maybe we slept later.😂 Overall, it feels very local in Vietnam. My friends and I are very happy with this experience.🩷

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. The apartment is great! Impeccably clean, cozy, well appointed. The location is unbeatable, right next to Japan Town and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants and cafes. The washing machine with washing tablets was a big plus! The bed was comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. Plenty of fluffy hand and bath towels. Daniel and Vivian took care of everything, were always available and came in person with lovely gifts to say goodbye! A wonderful experience!

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
