located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

Apartment is cute and all I needed. Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Evie was very helpful during my stay and had fast response.

Super schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht!

Great stay with Mr Ai as my host, he is super attentive and will go the extra miles for you. Convenient location only about 15 minutes from TSN airport and 5-10 minutes to other landmarks/sightseeings (depends on traffic). Security was great also with private floor and own key fobs, great for travelling solo as a female!

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Le and family are very nice and friendly people, breakfast and any other meal you like can be cooked by the employee of the house, at your service 24/7,. The private room is large and confortable, the location is not central, you need around 45 minutes drive from the airport, same to the city center, the traffic in Ho Chi Minh is one of the worst in Southeast Asia but if you are on business trip, this location is great, good wifi access and privacy we needed.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

Заселение прошло без особых проблем. Комната полностью соответствовала описанию. Очень хороший интернет, что было для меня важно (работаю удалённо). В доме живёт очаровательный пес, совсем не агрессивный. Расположение идеально подходит для тех, кто любит тишину, ни звука аэропорта, ни байков не было слышно. До туристических мест можно легко и дешево добраться на байк-такси. Также хозяин помог с бронь билетов на местные спальные автобусы, для дальнейшей поездки и все очень подробно обьяснил. Однозначно всем рекомендую! В следующий приезд в Хошимин буду старатьсяся попасть именно в этот прекрасный и гостеприимный дом.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness and will definitely be back. Thank you, Thuy, for such a lovely stay.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.
