Apartment vacation rentals in District 12

With the reunification celebrations we didn’t know of street closures. Chuyên made sure we were aware that after 5pm access would be limited. Which really helped us prepare for our stay. The accomodation was beautiful and he was so helpful throughout !

Generally it was great However, there were some ants because the weather was very hot.

Lovely property with great attractions. Great pool area. The hosts were super helpful and the property was as described. Slightly out of the city centre but we knew this before booking.

One of my favorite places I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The place is as pictured and described, albeit a bit sign of wear in the furnitures, but if anything, it really adds character to the funky vintage/French colonial vibes of the place. I loved the location, just close enough to central of D1 but at a distance that there is peace and quiet when you need it. A great big plus is that it’s walking distance to a Circle K and one of the best Banh Mi town: Bánh Mì Bà Huynh. If you love the vibe of this place from the photos, I would recommend it!

I came to this apartment 2 times. Everything was perfect! The apartments and its facilities are heavenly, is really comfy. Plus, amazing owner!!! Oanh was super nice and always available for questions and help. He is a very responsive and hospitable person🫶🏽 we had a late flight and he was very kind and allowed a late check-out. Our stay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning for a trip to Hồ Chí Minh.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!
