Vacation rentals with a hot tub in District 12

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of great food and local attractions nearby. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even arranging for an early check-in to accommodate our 3 AM arrival. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

The Host is very nice, the room is very clean and tidy, each bedroom has a private bathroom, very convenient

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Me and my Family stayed at this Villa for 2 days It is really great, the interior is extremely luxurious and has a modern touch of Europe,we have experienced a great time,Villa has access to an entire 9 bedrooms with a private bathroom and a private bathroom, an additional 2 private toilets outside, a relaxing pool and a beautiful Piano next to it is well insulated Karaoke, good music I would go back to this place for sure Thank you, Hanh! It was clean and the facilities were very good. It was a bit of a pity that one of the eight rooms was on the outside of the house. Everything else was satisfactory.
