Vacation rentals with breakfast in District 12

We really loved staying here. It is a nice beautiful sanctuary that feels tucked away from the chaos of the city. The staff in the cafe were so friendly. The food and drinks were soo good. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone staying in the area.

I had a great experience! The location is in an alley which was so quite and cozy. Apartment looks like the pictures and for the host answered my questions very fast. Would do it again next time.

The place was just as described, and very well located, as you can literally walk to the main attractions. Huy was also very helpful answering all the questions we had. I will definitely recommend it.

Une maison typique de ho chi minh au fond d’une ruelle vivante aux voisins extrêmements sympathiques. Parfait toutes les chambres ont leurs salles de bains, confortables avec de bonnes Clim. La terrasse est super pour les apéros de soirée. Très bonne adresse super bien placée dans un quartier très vivant à 10 min de Ben Thanh. À recommander

This place has such a unique and modern interior — it truly felt like a home away from home, which was such a treat after being overseas for a while. The location is great, and one of the lovely touches was the free meal and drink offered at the café downstairs for each guest — a really thoughtful perk. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of natural light in the space, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

David was an amazing host. He was very responsive and even helped with our transportation to the Airbnb from the airport. Overall the apartment was beautiful, close to the city center and a convenient location for us to explore
