Pet-friendly vacation rentals in District 10

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

The host is friendly, the house is clean and tidy, the location is great, there is a lot of food nearby, I will choose to stay again next time

Vi is a kind host, she help us to find express laundry nearby and her instructions so clear! her place is comfortable, clean, and easy to find. ca phe sua (ice coffee & condensed mikk) nearby her airbnb is good one!!! if you stay at Vi’s airbnb you should try the coffee❤️

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

Great house, can totally stay for at least 12 people, suitable for more people, very close to where to go, on average no more than 2 kilometers, there are convenience stores 300 meters, you can get money out of the alley, it is great

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

We had a really lovely stay here! The apartment was lovely and the service was top notch – we got good and quick help both at check-in and checkout. The location is in an exciting and authentic neighborhood, where you get a glimpse into the local life-both the more modest and the more wealthy. You have to be prepared to take a Grab to get to most restaurants and sights, but it worked seamlessly for us. All in all, a really good experience and we would definitely recommend the place to others!

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Phung was an excellent host with quick response. I was able to C/I at 11am instead of 2 pm. She helped with ordering water and monthly parking. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean. Definitely stay again.
