Booking this Airbnb was the best decision i ever made. The place is absolutely wonderful, with so many small touches from the Host that add a serene and cozy atmosphere throughout not just the room, but the entire household. The hosts are always present, yet never intrusive. The AC works great, and the balcony was perfect for any reading or writing i wanted to do. It is near a cute cafe called Ngâm Cafe that is open 24 hours and very aesthetic for photos. The neighborhood is very friendly as well. The hosts are the some of the friendliest and sweetest folks i have met and i feel blessed to have cross paths with them during my journey. Overall i would highly recommend this gem to any of my friends or loved ones. Cảm ơn nhé!

I was warmly welcomed by the owner and checking in is smooth and hassle-free. The owner is very responsive before and throughout my stay here in HCM. The location of the airbnb is conveniently located, with supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance, and is quiet and peaceful for tired travellers to rest.

Security is good. The room is very clean and friendly. It's easy to visit downtown and it's good to use taxis and Grab.

The location of the📍 homestay is excellent, transportation is convenient, the surrounding natural environment is beautiful, and there is no delay in traveling and relaxing.I thought that the location was so good, it would be noisy because of the people, but I didn't expect it to be so private, it was completely our own little world. We're a group of seven, just one person per room.The room layout is reasonable, the decoration is exquisite, each room is clean and tidy, fully furnished, and very comfortable to stay in. The entertainment facilities in the villa added a lot of color to our gathering.KTV equipment is super professional, the sound quality is excellent, sing to your heart's content and release your stress.Played a few rounds of table tennis with friends in my spare time, lots of laughter. I have to mention that the host responded super fast!Before check-in, we had a lot of questions, and the host patiently answered them. During the stay, he was always attentive to our needs. He could quickly help with any questions. Super considerate!I really recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely come back next time if I get the chance!

Thank you to Yung and Pansap for hosting us and for clear & easy instructions; and the 24-hour friendly staff for recommendations and looking after us. We were a group of 9 adults and 1 toddler on a friend's wedding & reunion weekend. Yung's villa provided the perfect + quiet + safe location and a homely base, with each couple having their private ensuite and also a common area to hang out.

I really like the room, I stayed here for three nights, if I come to Xigong in the future, I will choose this place again.1. The room is very spacious, especially the sunny bathroom on the first floor, the greenery and light are super beautiful; 2. The arrangement in the living room is very good, it feels like home, the kitchen utensils are very rich, and it is also very tidy; 3. The whole house including the yard has beautiful plants, and there are cute cats and dogs, which makes me feel very happy; 4. The host is great, the service is very considerate, the personality is also very good, gentle; 5. There are also great cafes nearby, and you can eat local food nearby. Of course, it's not a hotel, so don't expect it to be spotless, but it's a great place to stay.

Great apartment in an excellent area to explore. A real refuge in the busy city. The space is large, clean, quiet and the rooftop pool was dreamy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wynie has been extremely friendly and reactive to the messages. The apartment was very clean and tucked in a small street which helped making it more quiet as there is not much traffic passing by. It would have been great to have a photo of the gate and where to ring before arrival but despite my late arrival, I could check in and felt welcome which was really appreciated as I had much less friendly encounters before that! There is also a free water dispenser in the building and it was a real pleasure to deal with such a friendly and accomodating host ! Thank you ! If you come from the airport, you can take the bus 152 and walk about 10-15mn if you don't have much luggage to avoid taxi scams.
