Villa vacation rentals in District 1

Booking this Airbnb was the best decision i ever made. The place is absolutely wonderful, with so many small touches from the Host that add a serene and cozy atmosphere throughout not just the room, but the entire household. The hosts are always present, yet never intrusive. The AC works great, and the balcony was perfect for any reading or writing i wanted to do. It is near a cute cafe called Ngâm Cafe that is open 24 hours and very aesthetic for photos. The neighborhood is very friendly as well. The hosts are the some of the friendliest and sweetest folks i have met and i feel blessed to have cross paths with them during my journey. Overall i would highly recommend this gem to any of my friends or loved ones. Cảm ơn nhé!

I was warmly welcomed by the owner and checking in is smooth and hassle-free. The owner is very responsive before and throughout my stay here in HCM. The location of the airbnb is conveniently located, with supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance, and is quiet and peaceful for tired travellers to rest.

Security is good. The room is very clean and friendly. It's easy to visit downtown and it's good to use taxis and Grab.

Trang's place is beautiful and look like in the pics. Situated in the alley of district 3, away from the nitty busy of HCM which can be very noisy. There are lots of good restaurants and minimarket pretty close to the area. It's also not far from the point of interests, which around only 20 minutes by car or motorbike. The place itself is clean, bright with natural light, warm and stylish. Love our stay there.

The place is tucked between a few other places in an alley that's away from the main road which allows it to be quiet at night. But the location itself is smack in the area where a lot of things are going on so it's the best of both worlds! The staff are very prompt in cleaning everything and are very accommodating. All in all a 5 star stay!

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

We really enjoyed our time at Duc’s place, it was in a great location and was very spacious and stylish. It was walking distance to the main sites we wanted to visit and the rooftop pool was perfect to cool down in after a day in the heat! I wish we had more time there!
