Pet-friendly vacation rentals in District 1

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Vi is a kind host, she help us to find express laundry nearby and her instructions so clear! her place is comfortable, clean, and easy to find. ca phe sua (ice coffee & condensed mikk) nearby her airbnb is good one!!! if you stay at Vi’s airbnb you should try the coffee❤️

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

I love the location because this apartment is in District 4 and everything you need to see or do is in District 1. The apartment has everything I need for a 5-day stay. Chris is very responsive and will go out of his way to help you. Enjoy your stay!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Bei Rückfragen wurde umgehend und immer höflich und zuvorkommend geantwortet. Wir waren weit vor Check-In Zeit da und durften dann sogar unsere Koffer bereits vor Check-In sicher abstellen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und den freundlichen Kontakt!

This was my third stay at one of Tran's studios looking towards the green courtyard of one of the historic Saigon buildings. The studio is cute and clean. It is equipped with a one-hub electric stove, a washing machine, microwave, kettle, Netflix TV, and a desk. The kitchen has tea, rice, oil, salt & pepper, pots, cutlery and crockery. The convenience store and the supermarket at the ground floor are perfect for groceries and forgotten items. Tourist attractions such as the cathedral, the central post office, book street and the opera house are within walking distance. I found numerous cafes and restaurants around the corner. Tran gave me inside infos about street blockages for the public holidays and was quick to reply to all my questions. I can recommend the studio for 1 person. Personally I liked the layout and the kitchen of her other studio even better. Unfortunately, my work laptop had problems with the wifi, the wifi worked fine with my personal devices though.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as before! The space is cute, clean, and quiet — perfect for both relaxing and remote work. The bed is comfy, the bathtub is great, and we love the stylish, homey vibe. The location is super convenient, with lots of places within walking distance. Mallorie and Henry were amazing hosts — responsive, kind, and full of great local tips. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Nous avons passées deux nuits dans ce logement parfaitement situé pour visiter HCMC, les points principaux sont accessibles à pied. Par ailleurs le logement est agréable, bien équipé et très propre. Seul bémol, appartement peu lumineux car peu de fenêtre. Les hôtes sont prévenants et m’ont gentiment proposé de m’envoyer par coursier le biberon que j’avais oublié. Je recommande
