It's got under floor heating all the way through and also got fully spec kitchen with the fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Both cottages have got stunning views over looking the lovely garden and the country side. Its located right along the main walking track and the cycle track. Beamish open air museum, gibside national trust and tanfield railway museum is less then 4 miles away.

The Oaks is attached to our home but internal doors are locked from both sides. It has its own private access from the outside. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views.
