KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

To the Rauenstein FW 1 (upper floor)

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a plot of about 2000 sqm in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe bike path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hikes, bike rides, as well as visits to castles and castles as well as sights. In about 500 m there is the S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen". From here, you can reach the culture city Dresden in 30 minutes.

The house is situated in the village Bockwen, only 5 minutes away from the old town of Meißen. In this region you ca hike, make a bike trip, a bout tour or you can drink a delicious wine of Saxony. An eventful day you should spend the evening on the terrace or you can relaxe in our big garden.
